SSRIVER G400 Artificial Grass Dog Potty Pad, 59.5 x 39.5 in PVC Turf

At 59.5 x 39.5 x 1.18 in, the SSRIVER G400 provides a generous artificial grass surface for dog potty training and everyday use.

Made with PVC and green synthetic turf, it offers a grass-like place for dogs indoors or outside on a balcony, patio, or lawn.

Drainage openings in the backing let urine pass through, while the reusable surface can be rinsed with soapy water for care.

Key points

The large format gives medium and large dogs room to step onto the turf, lie down, or move around during training. Its grass-like appearance and texture offer a familiar surface in places where natural grass is not available, including an apartment or covered outdoor area. The synthetic grass is described as soft, with a dense drainage backing that helps keep urine from pooling on the surface and paws from tracking it around.

For indoor potty training, place a disposable pee pad underneath the grass mat. This pairing provides a turf surface for the dog while giving urine a layer to drain onto. Compared with choosing a flat disposable pad alone, this mat offers a reusable grass-like option for the training area.

Size & fit

Measuring 59.5 x 39.5 x 1.18 in, the mat can serve as a defined potty area or a larger patch for a dog to settle on. It is also described as suitable for medium and large dogs and for use on balconies, patios, backyards, and indoors. The turf can be cut to size for a tailored setup, or joined with other pieces for a broader area.

Everyday use

Set it in a convenient spot for your dog’s routine, whether that is an indoor training area or an outdoor space such as a patio or balcony. Could a grass-like surface make an indoor potty spot feel more familiar? The turf’s natural-grass appearance and texture are intended to provide that kind of surface, while the drainage backing directs urine through the mat. For indoor use, position a disposable pee pad underneath, after use, rinse the turf with soapy water.

As a floor mat, it can also define a green resting or play area. Its format works for households that want a reusable turf surface rather than relying only on a disposable pad, and its cut-to-size design supports fitting it to a particular area.

What to clarify

How do you clean the grass pad? Rinse it with soapy water. This simple care routine suits regular use as a pet training surface.

What should go underneath for indoor potty training? The product recommends placing a disposable pee pad beneath the turf. This gives urine a layer to drain onto during indoor use.

Can the mat be adapted to a particular space? The turf can be cut to size and joined with other pieces, allowing a customized layout for a training area or pet space.

Buying verdict

The SSRIVER G400 is a practical choice for dog owners who want a roomy, reusable grass-like surface for potty training or a pet area at home. Its 59.5 x 39.5 in format, drainage backing, and rinse-clean care make it suited to indoor setups as well as balconies, patios, and lawns. For indoor training, use it with a disposable pee pad underneath to create the recommended arrangement.
