PUPIBOO Light Grey 54x54 Washable Pet Training Pad, Waterproof, Non-Slip

At 54 x 54 inches, the PUPIBOO washable pet pad gives dogs or cats a generous surface for a crate, playpen, or designated spot on the floor. Its cotton top and waterproof TPU backing combine a comfortable resting area with a barrier designed to protect floors and furniture from everyday accidents.

Unlike disposable pads, this reusable option can be machine-washed and put back into rotation. The light gray medallion print also gives it a home-friendly look when it stays out in a pet’s usual area.

What matters most

A four-layer construction pairs an absorbent surface with a waterproof backing to help keep liquid from reaching the surface underneath. The non-slip backing is designed to hold the pad in place on floors or in a crate, making it useful for housebreaking, a puppy play area, or a senior pet’s resting spot. It can also serve as a protective layer for furniture or bedding, and the product is suitable for cats as well as dogs.

The choice is practical: disposable pads are convenient to replace after use, while a washable pad is intended for repeated use and laundering. This 54 x 54-inch size suits larger designated areas such as pens, for a smaller crate or feeding area, measuring the spot and selecting a pad that gives paws room to land can help with placement. Buyers commonly praise the rug-like appearance, ease of cleaning, and use under litter boxes. Those impressions complement the pad’s stated washable, reusable design without replacing the need to choose a suitable location and routine for each pet.

On-body feel

The quilted fabric top provides a soft surface for resting, playing, or sleeping. A printed light gray medallion pattern helps the pad blend into a room more naturally than a plain utility mat, while the layered construction keeps floor protection central to its everyday role. Use it as a pet’s own spot in a playpen or crate, or place it where extra protection is useful.

Tips for day-to-day use

Keep the pad in a consistent place while housebreaking and reward your pet for using that area. For a crate or playpen, lay it flat so the full intended surface is available. It can also go beneath a litter box or in a chosen resting area for a cat. After use, machine-wash it with mild detergent on a cold, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, tumble-dry on low or hang to dry. The care guidance also advises avoiding high heat.
