Sooez 18-Pocket Binder with Plastic Sleeves, Letter-Size Art Portfolio

Some documents need more than a place to sit—they need to stay organized and easy to view. This bound portfolio keeps artwork, certificates, and office pages together in clear sleeves.

Would a compact, bound format make your project easier to present? The Sooez binder holds letter-size pages or smaller and displays up to 36 pages across 18 pockets.

Its black cover has a reversible spine insert you can customize, making it easier to identify a project when the binder is stored with other materials.

Key points

Each of the 18 bound, top-loading sleeves can display pages on both sides, for a total capacity of 36 pages. The clear polypropylene lets you see the contents without removing them, while the non-glare finish supports easy viewing. The sleeves are acid-free, non-stick, and waterproof, making them suitable for organizing and presenting artwork, sketches, photos, certificates, sheet music, and office projects.

The sleeves are bound into the book and are not refillable. That format gives the collection a consistent presentation, rather than the adjustable arrangement of a binder with removable pages. When open, the portfolio lies flat, so pages are accessible while you review or show a project. The spine insert is reversible and can be labeled to distinguish one collection from another.

Best use cases

Use the portfolio to gather a set of drawings, watercolors, scrapbook pages, certificates, or project documents in one place. It can also serve as a presentation book for a class project, a selection of artwork, or sheet music that needs to be easy to browse. The letter-size format accommodates pages measuring 8.5 x 11 inches or smaller, and the sleeves keep each page visible while helping organize the collection.

Buyers particularly highlight its usefulness for portfolios and important documents, along with its ease of browsing and portable size. Those comments reflect individual experiences, while the bound sleeves and stated page capacity provide the practical basis for choosing it.

Everyday use

Top-loading sleeves make it straightforward to place pages into the portfolio and turn through them when reviewing a project. Because the book lies flat when open, it can stay open on a desk while you compare pages, select a piece to share, or work through a set of documents. The clear sleeves keep the contents visible during those tasks, and the customizable spine insert helps identify the portfolio when it is stored between uses.

The cover is made of polypropylene and is described as sturdy and lightweight. At 11 1/2 inches long by 9 11/16 inches wide, the binder is designed for letter-size pages or smaller. Its black finish gives the collection a consistent, understated look for school, studio, or office use.

Buying verdict

Choose the Sooez portfolio when you want a dedicated, easy-to-browse presentation book for a fixed collection of up to 36 pages. Its clear, bound sleeves, flat-opening design, and customizable spine label make it a practical fit for organizing artwork, certificates, and project documents in a format that is ready to display.
