Snowflake Icicle Lights 264 LEDs

How to use it

If you want a hanging holiday display with more shape than a basic string of lights, this set adds snowflake ornaments along the drops. If you mainly need a small accent for a shelf or tabletop, its cascading layout may be more than you need.

The 22 drops alternate between 11 large and 11 small snowflakes, creating a varied outline across an eave, window, or curtain.

The lighted length is 17.22 feet, with a 16.4-foot lead cable to reach the outlet. Where would you hang it first: along a roof edge, or indoors as a window backdrop?

For an outdoor setup, the product is described as waterproof, but no waterproof rating is provided. Plan around the available outlet and the fixed drop lengths rather than expecting a custom-fit arrangement. The set plugs in, and you can connect up to three strands, which helps when one run is not enough without changing the overall style.

Pros

The mix of snowflake sizes gives the display more dimension than evenly spaced bulbs alone. Large flakes are 7.9 inches across and their drops hang 27.5 inches, small flakes are 3.94 inches across with 15.7-inch drops. That contrast is useful on an eave or window where the hanging pattern will be visible from a distance.

Eight lighting modes range from steady-on to twinkle, chasing, slow fade, and other animated patterns. A button on the adapter changes modes. The timer can be activated for six hours on and 18 hours off, while the memory function saves the last mode setting. That means the lights can follow a repeating schedule without selecting a new mode each day.

The main tradeoff is the cascading format: the different drop lengths create a specific look, but they offer less flexibility than a plain light string when you need to wrap a railing or place lights around an irregular shape. Also, the maximum connection is three strands, so larger displays may need a different layout. Worth considering if you want a plug-in snowflake feature for a window, eave, or garden display, Better avoided if you need adjustable drop lengths or a compact, wraparound string.

Final verdict

These lights suit shoppers who want a ready-made, snowflake-shaped cascade rather than a plain string, and who can place it near a standard U.S. outlet. For example, the alternating flakes can frame a front window while the timer handles a regular evening schedule. The fixed drop sizes and plug-in setup are the key limits: measure the intended span and consider where the lead cable will reach before choosing. Pick this set for a decorative hanging display with several lighting effects, choose a more flexible light format if your priority is wrapping, shaping, or fitting a very specific space.
