Simplebrand Ava SESMWGRP4063SET2EVG Blackout Curtains, 2 Panels, 40 x 63 Inches
Product description
If your bedroom needs more privacy and less incoming light, the Simplebrand Ava Ever Green curtains come as a two-panel set sized for a window treatment rather than a single wide panel. Each polyester panel measures 40 inches wide by 63 inches long, with a rod pocket for hanging.
The triple-weave fabric is described as light-blocking and thermally insulated, making this set relevant for bedrooms, living rooms, and other listed spaces. Buyers report mixed results on blackout performance, so the degree of darkness may matter if you need a reliably dark room.
How it fits
These panels suit someone furnishing a bedroom or living space who wants a coordinated pair in a solid Ever Green color. The listed rooms also include dining rooms, home offices, and nurseries. At 63 inches long, they are intended for windows where that drop works, the package measures 80 inches wide across both panels before considering how the fabric is gathered.
The rod-pocket top is the specified hanging method, and the product details list a fit for rods up to 1.25 inches. The feature description also mentions clip-style hanging, but does not specify what clips are included. A solid pick if you want two matching panels with a simple rod-pocket setup and polyester fabric rather than a more elaborate curtain system.
Benefits
The three-layer weave includes a middle layer of black yarn, which the product description says helps block light and provide privacy. Its stated light-blocking range is 85% to 98% depending on color, that range is not a guarantee of total darkness for this particular shade. Buyer feedback reflects that distinction: some say the curtains block light effectively, while others do not consider them true blackout curtains. If room-darkening performance is your main requirement, that variation is worth weighing.
Thermal insulation and noise reduction are listed features. Buyers also describe the fabric as soft and appreciate the Ever Green appearance, while reports on thickness vary. The fabric is unlined, so shoppers comparing it with lined, heavier window treatments should not assume the same construction. The set is machine washable, with low ironing listed for care.

Buying verdict
Choose this set if the 40-by-63-inch panels suit your window, you prefer a rod-pocket style, and privacy plus reduced incoming light are the goals. Its polyester triple-weave construction and thermal-insulation feature add useful context for everyday bedroom or living-room use. Not the best choice if your decision depends on guaranteed total darkness: the stated performance varies by color, and buyer impressions of blackout effectiveness are mixed.
