Simple Houseware CB-10C-1 3-Tier Metal Utility Rolling Cart, Black

At 12.5" D x 17" W x 31.5" H, the Simple Houseware CB-10C-1 adds three open metal baskets to a compact rolling frame. Its black finish, curved metal handles, and mesh basket design make it a practical way to keep frequently used supplies visible and move them between indoor spaces.

Choose a rolling cart when you want supplies to travel with you, choose stationary shelving when items can stay in one place. Four swivel casters make this cart mobile, and two lock to help hold it in position when parked.

Worth noting

The steel frame and metal baskets create an open storage setup for everyday items, while the mesh sides allow airflow and make basket contents easy to see. Three tiers help separate supplies by task or category, so cleaning products, laundry items, or office essentials can each have a designated spot. The top handles provide a convenient grip for moving the cart around a room.

The listed dimensions make it useful where a freestanding storage unit needs to fit into a compact footprint. The baskets are not all the same size, according to some buyer feedback, so consider how you would arrange your items across the tiers. Buyers also praise its mobility and versatility, while feedback on durability is mixed, including reports of wheel-mount problems.

Tips for day-to-day use

Arrange items by how often you reach for them: keep daily supplies accessible and group smaller pieces together within a basket. When the cart is in its intended spot, use the two locking casters to help keep it stationary. For a change of task or room, the swivel casters and curved handles make it easy to guide the cart along as you work.

Best use cases

Use the cart to keep kitchen, bathroom, or laundry essentials together without assigning them a permanent place on a countertop. In a garage, it can organize frequently used items by task, in an office, the open tiers can keep supplies visible and within reach. A practical scenario is moving laundry or cleaning supplies from storage to the room where they are needed, then locking the cart in place while you work.

Buyers describe the cart as useful for a range of household tasks and appreciate that it rolls easily, including on carpet. Opinions about size vary, and comments on durability are not uniform, so the best fit depends on the items you plan to store and the way you expect to move it.
