SHLLKTTRY SKL-003 Bath Faucet Water Filter, 3,000-Gallon Capacity, Pink

For a bath filled from a tub faucet, the SHLLKTTRY SKL-003 hangs directly from the faucet to filter water as it flows into the tub. Its 3,000-gallon capacity supports ongoing household use, while the pink filter housing adds a clear visual touch to the bathing setup.

The no-tool hanging design and adjustable cords make it practical to install across different faucet shapes.

The essentials

This bath filter combines activated carbon filtration with KDF 55 media. The manufacturer describes it as designed to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, rust, sediment, and other impurities in tap water. That filtration is intended to make bathwater feel softer and more comfortable during a regular bathing routine. It is a bathwater filter, rather than a replacement for a drinking-water purifier.

The 3,000-gallon filter capacity gives households a straightforward way to gauge its service life based on use. An extra filter is included, so there is a replacement on hand. The housing is made from ABS and measures 4.5 inches long by 2 inches wide by 6.8 inches high.

Buyers often describe the water as feeling softer and say their skin or hair feels better after bathing. Feedback on filtration effectiveness is mixed, and some buyers also report water spilling over the sides. The integrated splash guard is designed to contain overflow, setting up the filter securely helps keep the bathing area orderly.

Who it’s for

This model is intended for people who want to filter water at the tub faucet as part of their bathing routine, including households using city tap water. Its hanging setup can suit a range of tub faucet shapes, while the compact housing keeps the filter positioned at the point where water enters the bath. If choosing between an attached faucet filter and a filter used separately from the tub, this design is the more direct fit for filtering water during a bath.

Practical tips

Thread the silicone hanging ring through the attached cord, then use one of the two adjustable suspension cords to set a stable hanging length for your faucet. The filter installs and removes without tools, which also helps when taking it down for routine cleaning or filter replacement. Position it so the splash guard sits over the tub and the unit hangs securely as water flows through it. The stated maximum flow rate is 3 liters per minute.

Before you decide

Will it work with city tap water? The manufacturer describes the filter for regular city tap water and says its KDF 55 media is intended to reduce chlorine, pipe rust, and sediment.

Does installation require tools? No. The filter hangs from the faucet using the silicone ring and adjustable cords, and the manufacturer describes the installation as tool-free.

Why might a TDS meter show the same or a higher reading? TDS meters measure dissolved solids, not chlorine. The manufacturer notes that mineral media may enter the water, so a similar or slightly higher TDS reading does not by itself indicate whether chlorine has been reduced.

When it makes sense

Worth considering if you want a faucet-hung filter for bathwater, a stated 3,000-gallon capacity, and a setup that can be installed without tools. The SKL-003 brings filtration to the tub itself, making it a practical choice for households looking to make filtered water part of their everyday bathing routine.
