Shintenchi Patio Furniture Set with Rattan

For anyone furnishing a patio or outdoor seating area for casual conversation, this four-piece Shintenchi set gives you a loveseat, two armchairs, and a coffee table to arrange around the space you have. Its gray wicker look and cushioned seats suit a relaxed setup for chatting, having a drink, or taking a break outside.

The separate seats make the layout easier to adapt than a fixed, one-piece sofa. Still, the product details don’t include dimensions, so it’s hard to tell how much room the full arrangement will need before you plan around it.

Best use cases

This set makes sense for a seating area where more than one person may want to sit together without being locked into a single sofa layout. Place the loveseat along a wall or railing, then angle the armchairs toward the coffee table for a conversation spot. If guests come over, the separate pieces can also be moved to open up the center of the patio.

The table gives you a place for drinks or small items while you sit. Its tempered-glass top attaches with suction mounts, and the product description says it can be wiped clean. For a quick outdoor reset after a spill, a damp cloth is the stated care approach. The set is intended for outdoor use, but the description doesn’t specify cushion storage or protection during extended bad weather.

Product specs

The four pieces are two armchairs, a loveseat, and a coffee table. The seating uses a steel frame with handwoven rattan, and the coffee table has a tempered-glass top secured by suction mounts. Cushions are described as thick and filled with high-density foam, the backs are contoured, with a high-back sofa and wide armrests also noted in the product details. The finish is gray.

The maker says the frame and rattan resist sun, rain, and wind, and that the set can be wiped down after inclement weather. That is useful context, but it isn’t a substitute for details about cushion fabric or long-term weather protection. If you want to compare the footprint with your patio furniture plan, the missing dimensions are a meaningful gap.

Where it shines

The strongest practical advantage is flexibility: instead of buying a single outdoor couch, you get two individual chairs and a loveseat that can be placed separately. You’ll appreciate it if you want a defined spot for conversation but may need to shift the seating around for different gatherings. Picture an afternoon with two people on the loveseat and another in an armchair, with the table within reach for a glass or a book.

The cushioned seats and contoured backrests are intended to make longer sits more comfortable than bare wicker seating. But comfort is personal, and the product details don’t give seat dimensions or cushion thickness measurements. What matters more to you: a configurable arrangement, or knowing exactly how each piece will fit before it arrives? If precise sizing is essential, a listing with full measurements gives you a firmer basis for planning.

Should you buy it?

This set is worth considering if you want an outdoor conversation area with separate seating pieces, a matching coffee table, and cushions rather than a more basic all-wicker bench or a single fixed sofa. The handwoven rattan and steel frame establish the intended outdoor style, while the glass tabletop offers a smooth surface that the maker says is easy to wipe down.

It may not suit you if you need confirmed dimensions, detailed cushion-fabric information, or a clearly specified plan for leaving cushions outdoors through changing weather. The layout is adaptable, but the available details don’t settle those questions. Choose it when the four-piece arrangement fits your needs and you can verify the space separately, look for a more fully specified set if exact fit or cushion care is a deciding factor.
