Seept SM-25-5 Ear Hose Clamp Kit, 304 Stainless Steel, 14 Sizes
Product description
A one-off hose repair may call for a single size, ongoing maintenance benefits from having a range ready. The Seept SM-25-5 kit includes 252 single-ear clamps in 14 sizes, along with an ear-clamp plier. Its 5.3–33.1 mm range supports automotive, home-appliance, pipe, and fuel-line projects. The clamps and tool are organized in a plastic box for convenient storage.
Practical tips
Match the clamp to the hose by using the measurements engraved on each clamp and the kit’s 5.3–33.1 mm size range. That makes it easier to identify a suitable size before starting a repair, whether you’re working on an appliance hose, a vehicle, or a fuel line. For installation, position the clamp around the hose and use the included plier to crimp its ear. The single-ear design is intended for crimp-style installation, so the plier is a practical part of the kit rather than an extra tool to source separately.
The assortment is useful when a repair schedule involves different hose sizes. Instead of collecting one size at a time, you can keep the range together in its storage box and select from the marked clamps as needed. For example, during small-engine maintenance, the range can help keep multiple clamp sizes and the installation tool in one place.
Strengths
The clamps are made from 304 stainless steel, with a polished surface and a design described as corrosion-resistant. Their 360° tightening is intended to distribute clamping around the hose, while the single-ear construction provides a clear point for crimping with the included plier. These features make the kit relevant for practical hose connections across automotive, household appliance, pipe, and fuel-line work.
The 14-size assortment is the main advantage for users handling varied repairs: the engraved measurements help distinguish the clamps, and the included tool is ready for the installation task. Customer feedback often highlights the size selection and convenience of having the plier with the clamps, including for small-engine repair projects. The organized box also helps keep the kit together between jobs.
What to know
This is a crimp-style ear clamp assortment, not a collection of screw-adjustable clamps. Plan to use the included ear-clamp plier to install the clamps, and choose a size that matches the hose. The stated size range is 5.3–33.1 mm, with 14 sizes represented in the kit. The 304 stainless-steel construction and polished finish are specified for the clamps.
Customer impressions of durability are mixed: some describe the clamps as sturdy, while others find them flimsy. Feedback also notes the included installation tool and range of sizes as convenient. These comments offer useful context alongside the kit’s specific design and listed materials, they are individual customer experiences rather than a performance guarantee.
Is it worth it?
The Seept SM-25-5 is a practical fit for someone who regularly works with hoses in different sizes and wants the clamps and crimping tool stored together. Its mix of 14 sizes, engraved measurements, 304 stainless-steel construction, and included plier gives the assortment a clear role in automotive, appliance, pipe, and fuel-line maintenance. For repeated repairs or a small-engine project involving more than one hose size, the organized kit helps keep the parts and installation tool close at hand.
