FINDMAG magnetic hooks, 6-Pack Swivel Neodymium Hooks, 35 lb Vertical Hold

This six-hook set pairs neodymium magnets with steel bases for hanging items on smooth, magnetic metal surfaces. Each silver hook has a 180° swivel head, giving you flexibility to hang everyday essentials at different angles.

Attach each hook to its magnetic base before use, then place it on a suitable metal surface. No drilling is needed, so the hooks can be moved and reused as your organization needs change.

What matters most

The hooks are designed for practical storage on surfaces such as cruise cabin doors, refrigerators, lockers, metal cabinets, and toolboxes. The listed holding capacity is up to 35 lb vertically and 10 lb horizontally under ideal test conditions. Surface material, thickness, coating, contact area, and pull direction all affect the hold, so a smooth, clean magnetic metal surface helps the magnet make contact. For heavier items, hanging them straight down makes best use of the stated vertical capacity.

The 180° rotating head lets you adjust the hook’s orientation rather than relying on a fixed hanging direction. That can be useful in a compact cabin or shared workspace, where a towel, lanyard, bag, or set of keys may need to hang at a particular angle. Compared with screw-in hooks, this magnetic design is suited to metal surfaces where you want to hang items without drilling.

Buyer feedback highlights useful everyday performance and magnetic strength, with examples including potholders and decorations. Opinions on sturdiness and holding capacity are mixed, and some buyers find the hooks smaller than expected. This makes them a practical fit for organizing accessories and other items suited to the available hook size and surface.

Who it’s for

These hooks suit travelers organizing a cruise cabin as well as anyone looking to use vertical space on magnetic metal at home or work. In a cabin, hang lanyards, towels, sunhats, or toiletry bags on a suitable metal door or wall, in a kitchen, keep items such as oven mitts or utensils accessible on a refrigerator or cabinet. It suits you if you want reusable hooks that can be repositioned without screws or nails.

The six-piece set also works for lockers, garages, workshops, offices, and classrooms, where keys, scissors, or lightweight tools can be kept off a counter or work surface. Choose the hanging position based on the item and the direction the hook will carry its weight.

Practical tips

Before hanging anything, make sure the surface is magnetic, smooth, and clean, then place the magnet flat against it. Assemble the hook by attaching it to the magnetic base before use. To reposition a hook, pull it outward first and gently tilt it from the side instead of sliding it across the surface. The coated finish helps reduce scratching, and careful removal is especially useful on delicate surfaces.

Buying verdict

For cruise cabins, kitchens, lockers, and work areas with magnetic metal surfaces, FINDMAG’s six swivel hooks offer a straightforward way to add hanging points without drilling. Their adjustable heads, reusable magnetic mounting, and stated vertical capacity make them useful for organizing everyday essentials where a fixed screw-mounted hook is not the right approach.
