Sealy KTHM-QATMF-K Heated Mattress Pad, King, Dual Controls, 10 Settings

Warm up your bed before turning in with the Sealy KTHM-QATMF-K heated mattress pad. Its king-size design has separate controls for each side, so two sleepers can choose their own heat setting instead of sharing one temperature. Ten settings and a preheat feature make it easy to tailor the bed to your routine.

A quilted polyester surface and deep pockets help the pad fit into your existing bedding setup, while the automatic shutoff lets you set a heating period of 1 to 12 hours.

Getting the most from it

Place the pad on the mattress beneath your usual bedding, then use the controller to select a comfortable setting. The 20-minute preheat feature is useful when you want to warm the bed before getting in, once you settle in, adjust the heat to suit your preference. With separate controls on the king-size pad, each side can be set independently, which is especially practical when two people prefer different levels of warmth.

The elasticized deep-pocket design is made to fit mattresses up to 17 inches deep and helps keep the pad in place. For a straightforward evening routine, set the heat while getting ready for bed and choose an automatic shutoff period from 1 to 12 hours. The pad is machine washable: disconnect the power cord from the controller before washing, use water below 30°C, and let the pad dry completely before reconnecting or using it.

Benefits

This mattress pad warms the sleeping surface from underneath, making it a different approach from a loose heating blanket placed on top of the bedding. The quilted, soft polyester construction provides a padded layer, while evenly distributed heating elements deliver adjustable warmth across the bed. Its water-repellent microfiber material and machine-washable care instructions also make routine cleaning more convenient.

The two-controller setup is a useful feature for shared beds: one sleeper can choose a different setting from the other, rather than having both sides follow a single preference. Buyers often appreciate the fit on deeper mattresses, the comfort, and the range of heat settings. Feedback on the controls is mixed, however, while some customers value the independent adjustment and shutoff function, others report problems with controller operation. The product's documented settings and separate controls make personalized warmth the core benefit for couples with different preferences.
