QUIETSEA TP101MP-DG-Q Queen Waterproof Mattress Pad, Quilted, 8"–21" Pocket

For a queen mattress that needs protection from spills, sweat, or accidents, the QUIETSEA TP101MP-DG-Q combines a quilted top with a waterproof barrier. Its fitted design has a deep pocket intended for mattresses from 8 to 21 inches deep, which makes mattress depth an important part of the fit decision.

The pad is gray, machine washable, and described as noiseless. It offers a more padded format than a basic waterproof sheet, while keeping mattress coverage and everyday care central to the purchase.

How to use it

Pull the fitted skirt over the mattress and use the elasticized, 360-degree wrap to secure the pad in place. The stated pocket range is 8 to 21 inches, so compare that with your mattress depth before choosing it. The listing identifies this as a Queen size, 60 x 80 inches.

The product is designed with a microfiber top, filling, a waterproof shield, and a knit bottom in a five-layer construction. That layered setup is intended to pair a softer sleeping surface with a barrier between moisture and the mattress. For a practical use case, it can go on a queen bed where occasional spills or care-related accidents are a concern, then be machine washed when needed. The care instructions specify a cold, gentle cycle and low tumble drying.

Where it shines

This pad may suit shoppers who want mattress protection in a fitted, quilted cover rather than a thin barrier alone. The deep-pocket range is useful when a standard shallow fitted edge would not reach around a thicker mattress. Its moisture-wicking feature and noiseless design are also listed, though the product details do not quantify moisture handling or noise performance.

Buyer feedback often highlights softness, comfort, fit, and the cover staying in place. Some buyers also describe it as effective at repelling water, and one mentions using it for elderly incontinence care. These are customer impressions, not a guarantee of performance in every situation. If washable protection and a more padded feel matter more than a minimalist cover, this format is worth considering.

When it makes sense

A solid pick if you want a queen-size quilted pad with a stated waterproof barrier, machine-washable care, and a pocket designed for mattresses within the listed depth range. It’s not for you if your mattress is shallower than 8 inches or deeper than 21 inches, since the stated fit range would not cover it. Compared with a simpler waterproof cover, this option adds a quilted, layered surface, shoppers looking only for a basic barrier may prefer a less padded format. The choice comes down to whether the fitted coverage and added layers match your mattress and how you plan to use the bed.
