roborock Qrevo 2 Pro Robot Vacuum and Mop, 20,000 Pa, Zero-Tangle

Everyday use

With 20,000 Pa HyperForce suction and dual spinning mops, the roborock Qrevo 2 Pro is designed to vacuum and mop across mixed-floor homes. Its Dual Zero-Tangle System pairs an anti-tangle side brush with a DuoDivide main brush to help manage pet fur and long hair. How does it handle the spots that are easy to miss? FlexiArm edge mopping reaches close to walls, while the reversible side brush works into corners.

For homes with hard floors and carpets, the robot adjusts suction on carpet, lifts its mopping module up to 15 mm, and can remove the mop when needed. It vacuums carpets before mopping, helping coordinate both tasks as it moves between floor types. LiDAR navigation, quick mapping, and smart obstacle avoidance support room-by-room cleaning, with a 3D map display for customizing cleaning in the app. App, button, and voice controls give you different ways to start or manage a session. The robot supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.

Why it makes sense

The multifunctional dock handles several upkeep steps after cleaning: it empties dust, refills the water tank, washes the mop, and dries it with warm air. Its upgraded cleaning tray includes a soaking mode. Together, these features make the Qrevo 2 Pro a practical fit for people who want vacuuming and mopping managed in one routine, rather than choosing a simpler vacuum-only robot and handling floor care separately.

Buyer feedback highlights cleaning on wood floors and carpets, mapping, and setup as strong points. Some owners also describe positive day-to-day use, while feedback about durability and value is mixed. These are individual customer impressions, not a substitute for the product’s stated features. SmartPlan 3.0 can adjust cleaning based on the home, floor types, and cleaning history, giving the robot another way to tailor routine care.

Questions before you buy

Can it clean homes with both carpet and hard floors? Yes. It is designed for mixed-floor cleaning, with carpet suction boost, a liftable mop module, and automatic mop removal when needed. It can also vacuum carpets before mopping.

How does it help with pet hair? The Dual Zero-Tangle System combines an anti-tangle side brush and DuoDivide main brush to help lift pet fur and long hair while minimizing hair wrap.

What does the multifunctional dock do? It automatically empties dust, refills the water tank, cleans the mop with high-temperature water, and dries it using 113°F warm air.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want one robot to cover routine vacuuming and mopping across hard floors, rugs, and carpets, with specific features for pet hair, edges, and corners. The Qrevo 2 Pro’s navigation and multifunctional dock add practical support for a scheduled cleaning routine, while its carpet-aware mop handling helps it transition between different floor surfaces.
