Ragebby Adjustable Dumbbell Set of 2, ABS with Anti-Slip Handles

Made from ABS plastic, this adjustable dumbbell set pairs two weights in a compact format for home workouts. Each dumbbell offers three settings: 2.2 lb, 3.6 lb, and 5 lb. A twist mechanism makes it easy to switch loads between exercises, while grooved handles help keep your grip steady.

How it fits

Use the pair for Pilates, yoga, and strength-training routines that work the arms, shoulders, and back. The three weight settings let you choose a lighter load for controlled movements or a heavier one for exercises that call for more resistance. For example, move from shoulder raises to curls and adjust the weight as your routine changes, rather than keeping several fixed-weight pairs nearby.

The handles have vertical anti-slip grooves, and the dumbbells’ flat-lay design helps keep them from rolling when set down. Their 11-inch length and 3.3-inch width make their footprint easy to plan around in a home workout area. They can also be used for exercise at the office or gym, giving you a pair with multiple settings for different sessions.

Why it’s worth it

A rotating adjustment mechanism lets you change the weight with a simple twist, and safety slots help hold the weights in place during use. Together, these features make the set practical for workouts that move between exercises without requiring a separate fixed-weight dumbbell for every load. The compact, flat-lay shape also makes it easier to store the pair neatly between sessions.

Buyer feedback highlights the adjustable design, ease of use, and versatility across different exercises and strength levels. Some customers say adding weights is straightforward, while others find fitting them into place a little tricky. The set’s different settings make it a useful fit for varied home routines, a collection of fixed-weight dumbbells may suit someone who prefers a separate pair for each load.
