For chilly walks, potty breaks, and outdoor outings, the OUOBOB dog jacket adds a fleece-lined layer with reflective strips for low-light visibility. Its water-resistant outer layer helps shield against wet weather. A back zipper and leash-attachment D-ring make it practical for heading outside.

Quick overview

This pink X-Large coat pairs a fleece lining and polyester fabric with a water-resistant outer layer for cold-weather wear. A plush collar and elastic at the waist and abdomen help the jacket sit close to your dog, while the lightweight design supports everyday movement. Reflective strips on the back add visibility on dim walks. What makes it easier to get ready for a quick trip outside? The back zipper is designed for easy on and off, and a quick-release buckle assists with positioning the coat before zipping.

The X-Large size lists a 20.5-inch neck and 29.9-inch chest. The stated minimum weight recommendation is 35 pounds. Use those measurements alongside your dog’s body measurements when choosing a fit.

How to take care of it

The jacket is machine washable, making routine cleanup after walks or outdoor activities straightforward. Its listed fabric is 100% polyester for the outer fabric, lining, and stuffing. Follow the care instructions on the garment when washing, and let the coat be ready for the next cold-weather outing.

Everyday use

This coat is designed for daily walks and potty breaks in cold weather, as well as activities such as hiking, fetch, dog park visits, travel, and camping. The water-resistant material is suited to outings in rain or snow, while the wind-resistant design and fleece lining add coverage for brisk conditions. For a walk after dusk, the reflective strips help make your dog more visible. The D-ring provides a leash attachment point, so the coat’s built-in harness style can serve the walk without adding a separate harness.

The back zipper has a guard intended to help keep fur from getting caught. Buyers often praise the coat’s warmth and ease of putting it on, and some like its appearance. Feedback on sizing and zipper performance is mixed: some buyers find the fit right, while others report a larger fit than expected or say the zipper does not always stay closed. Checking the listed neck and chest measurements against your dog’s measurements can help guide size selection.
