Huntboo Dog Harness, M

For dog owners who want clearer leash control during training, walks, or hikes, the Huntboo harness combines front and back attachment points with a padded handle. It also comes with six interchangeable patches, including labels such as “In Training” and “Do Not Pet,” so the vest can communicate a message while your dog is out. Reflective woven fabric is intended to improve visibility in low light, and breathable padded mesh adds comfort for longer outings. The feature set is practical, though the product details don’t include the measurements needed to confirm whether size M will fit a particular dog.

What matters most

The two D-rings support different leash setups: the front attachment is paired with a chest plate to help reduce pulling, while the back attachment and plate are intended to add stability and resist escape. The padded back handle gives you a closer point of control when guiding your dog over an obstacle or managing a brief, busy moment. That makes this a more feature-rich approach than a basic harness with a single attachment point, particularly for training or outdoor use.

The reflective material covers the vest rather than appearing only as a small accent, which may help your dog stand out on a dim walk. Six removable patches provide useful choices for communicating labels, and an extra hook-and-loop panel leaves room for additional patches or personalization. Keep in mind that the product information doesn’t specify the exact patch wording beyond its examples, so check what is included if a particular label matters to you.

Size & fit

Five adjustment points are designed to let you tailor the fit, and three quick-release buckles are intended to make putting the harness on and taking it off less fiddly. The padded air mesh and soft foam are there to reduce rubbing and support comfort during walks, training sessions, and hikes. The listed size is M, but no body measurements or weight range are provided here, that size label alone can’t confirm fit. It suits you if your dog’s measurements match the seller’s sizing guidance and you want an adjustable vest rather than a minimal strap harness. It might not be a great match if you need sizing information you can compare directly from these product details.

Tips for day-to-day use

Before heading out, adjust the harness so it sits securely without restricting your dog’s movement, then choose the front or back leash ring for the situation. For example, on a training walk past distractions, the front ring offers the product’s pull-reduction setup, on a hike, the back ring and handle provide other ways to guide your dog. Attach a patch that fits the outing, and use the reflective surface as an added visibility feature—not a substitute for staying alert in low light. The vest is described for training and hiking as well as regular walks, but no care or cleaning instructions are included in the available details.

Practical doubts

What comes with the harness? One vest and six interchangeable patches are listed, with an additional hook-and-loop area for more patches or personalization.

Can the leash attach at the front or back? Yes. The harness has D-rings on the chest and back, with different control and stability purposes described for each.

Is it designed for low-light walks? The woven fabric is reflective throughout, which is intended to improve visibility in low-light conditions.

Is it worth it?

This harness makes most sense if you’ll use its combination of leash positions, adjustment points, handle, reflective fabric, and message patches. Those features give it more utility than a straightforward walking harness, especially for owners who train outdoors or want a vest that can carry visible labels. Without having tried it, the useful decision point is fit: the adjustable design sounds flexible, but the missing measurement guidance means you’ll need to match your dog against the sizing information before choosing M. If the fit checks out and you’ll use the extra control and visibility features, the design has a clear purpose, if you only need a simple harness for casual walks, its added features may not be necessary.
