OPTEEL AW-240 Adult Cleansing Wipes, 8 x 13 in, Unscented, 240 Count

For a bed bath, incontinence care, or a quick clean while traveling, OPTEEL AW-240 wipes offer a rinse-free way to freshen up without a sink or shower. Each pre-moistened cloth measures 8 x 13 inches, providing broad coverage for personal cleansing.

The unscented formula is infused with aloe and vitamin E. The wipes are latex-free and alcohol-free, with a soft feel suited to everyday personal care.

Choose these disposable washcloths when you need a ready-to-use option for routine cleansing, for a smaller, more portable wipe, a compact format may suit occasional spot cleaning better. The larger cloth size is useful when caring for more than one area.

Technical overview

Each wipe is designed for adult personal hygiene, including elderly care and incontinence care. Its rinse-free format helps make cleansing more practical when bathing is difficult or a full shower is not part of the routine. At home, a caregiver can keep a pack nearby for daily care, the same format is also suitable for travel, camping, or after a workout. Dispose of used wipes in the trash, as they are non-flushable.

The cloths are described as ultra-soft and made with hypoallergenic materials for use on sensitive skin. Aloe and vitamin E are part of the pre-moistened formula, while the unscented design avoids added fragrance. Buyers often call out the generous size, softness, and usefulness for personal cleansing. Some also describe the wipes as durable and say the remaining cloths stay moist when the pack is closed, these are individual customer impressions.

Who it’s for

These wipes are intended for adults and can be useful for older adults, people receiving caregiver support, and anyone who wants a rinse-free personal cleansing option. Their larger format offers more coverage than a small facial or hand wipe, making them practical for incontinence care and broader body cleansing. Caregivers can keep them on hand for home routines or care settings, while individuals may find the pre-moistened format convenient when traveling or camping.

It suits you if you want unscented, disposable washcloths in a larger size for regular hygiene. If you mainly need a compact wipe for a quick hand clean, a smaller format may be more convenient to carry, for more extensive cleansing, the 8 x 13-inch cloth gives you a broader surface in one wipe.

Included in the package

The box contains 4 packs of 60 pre-moistened wipes, for a total of 240. The cloths are disposable and non-flushable, so put used wipes in the trash rather than flushing them. Keeping the pack closed between uses helps retain moisture, as buyers also report.

When it makes sense

OPTEEL AW-240 is a practical fit when everyday hygiene needs to work around limited bathing access, caregiver routines, or time away from home. Its rinse-free use and generous cloth size address two common priorities: having a ready-to-use wipe and getting enough coverage for adult cleansing. The four-pack format also gives households and care settings multiple packs to place where they are needed. For adults seeking a soft, unscented option for personal cleansing or incontinence care, these wipes bring broad coverage and a soothing aloe-and-vitamin-E formula into a simple, ready-to-use format.
