GORILLA GRIP 811113032372 Washable Underpad, 52 x 44, White, Slip-Resistant

A quilted cotton-and-polyester surface gives this washable underpad a soft feel while helping protect the bed from spills and wetting. Its slip-resistant backing is designed to help keep the pad in place overnight. Use it on a mattress or over a top sheet. For ongoing bed protection, it offers a reusable alternative to disposable pads.

Practical tips

Place the pad where protection is needed, either directly on the mattress or over the top sheet. Hundreds of silicone grip dots on the backing create traction without adhesive, helping reduce shifting and bunching as the sleeper moves. That can make it easier to keep the protected area in position through the night, rather than adjusting a loose pad repeatedly.

The 52 x 44-inch size gives you a broad surface for a bed-wetting or incontinence setup. Its four-layer construction pairs a soft, quilted topside with a waterproof barrier, so the pad can serve as a comfortable layer while helping shield the mattress underneath. When it needs cleaning, machine wash it according to the care instructions. The reusable design has been tested for up to 300 washes.

Why it’s worth it

Choosing between disposable pads and a washable option often comes down to whether you need a single-use solution or a bed layer you can wash and reuse. This Gorilla Grip pad is designed for repeated use, with a non-adhesive grip backing and a waterproof construction for routine overnight protection. It can be used for children, adults, or pets, making it useful in different household care routines.

The pad is also OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, with testing for harmful substances. Buyers commonly praise its absorbency, ability to stay in place, and ease of washing. These are useful qualities to consider when selecting a reusable protector for a bed-wetting or incontinence routine.

Highlights

The cotton-and-polyester fabric has a quilted surface intended to feel gentle against the skin, while the four-layer design adds a waterproof barrier beneath it. The backing uses silicone grip dots rather than adhesive, helping the pad hold its position on a mattress or over a top sheet. Its white color and rectangular 52 x 44-inch format make it a straightforward addition to a bed-protection setup.

For example, place it over the top sheet when you want the pad itself accessible for washing, or directly on the mattress to create a protective layer beneath the sleeper. In either arrangement, its reusable construction and machine-washable care make it suitable for a recurring nighttime routine.

Is it worth it?

This underpad is a practical fit for households looking for reusable bed protection with a soft quilted surface, a waterproof barrier, and a backing designed to resist slipping. Its use across children, adults, and pets also makes it adaptable to different care needs. If you want a washable pad that can be positioned on the mattress or over a top sheet, the 52 x 44-inch Gorilla Grip brings those features together in one bed-protection layer.
