OneOdio A71 Wired Studio Headphones, 40 mm Drivers, Foldable Red Design

Best use cases

The 40 mm drivers make the OneOdio A71 a wired over-ear option for studio monitoring, mixing, and DJ work. Its 3.5 mm and 6.35 mm connections suit audio setups that use different-size headphone jacks, including computers, mixers, keyboards, and instruments.

For a recording or practice session, the 90° swiveling earcups let you monitor with one ear while keeping the other free. The foldable design also makes the headphones easier to put away between sessions.

What stands out

A detachable cable and dual-size plugs make it simple to connect the A71 to compatible audio equipment without relying on a separate adapter. The adjustable headband and padded ear cushions are designed for a comfortable over-ear fit during listening and monitoring. Wired operation keeps the focus on direct connections rather than wireless features.

The shared audio port lets you connect another pair of headphones to share music or video audio. It’s a useful addition for listening alongside someone else, while the swivel earcups support a different kind of flexibility when working through a mix or monitoring a performance.

Customer feedback often praises the clear sound and soft ear cushions. Opinions on fit and durability are more varied: some appreciate the over-ear feel, while others find the fit tight, and reports on how well the headphones hold up differ.

What matters most

The A71 is built around practical studio use: wired audio, foldable earcups, single-ear monitoring, and connections for both 3.5 mm and 6.35 mm jacks. That combination is a helpful match for a workspace where headphones may move between a computer, music equipment, and other compatible devices. The stated impedance is 32 ohms.

If your priority is a straightforward wired monitor headphone, these features offer a different approach from choosing a model mainly for wireless listening. The detachable cable and shared audio port add flexibility for setup and listening, while the adjustable headband helps tailor the fit. For a home recording session, for example, connect to a compatible mixer or computer, swivel one earcup for single-ear monitoring, then fold the headphones for storage when the session is over.
