OIAHOMY HSOBK00032 90L Cotton Rope Storage Basket, Black and White

Households looking to gather bulky blankets, pillows, laundry, or toys in one place get a roomy, open-top option in the OIAHOMY HSOBK00032. Its 90-liter capacity and woven cotton construction suit shared living spaces where stored items need to stay easy to reach rather than hidden behind a lid.

The black-and-white round basket folds for storage, though it may need filling or smoothing after unpacking to regain its shape.

Everyday use

At 21.7 inches across and 13.8 inches high, this basket is sized for soft, bulky items that can be awkward to tuck into a smaller bin. It can hold throws and pillows in a living room, laundry in a bedroom, or stuffed animals in a nursery. The open top makes it straightforward to drop items in and pull them out, but it does not conceal the contents the way a lidded storage container would.

The cotton-rope basket is described as washable and collapsible, so it can be folded flat when it is not needed. The manufacturer says it can be machine washed or hand washed, but does not provide detailed washing instructions here. It is not water resistant, so it is intended for dry storage rather than damp areas or wet laundry.

Why it makes sense

A smaller organizer may take up less room, but it can require splitting blankets or toys across several containers. This basket’s listed capacity makes it a practical alternative when the goal is to keep multiple soft items together and visible. Its neutral pattern can work as part of the room’s storage, rather than requiring a separate spot in a closet.

Buyers commonly praise its roomy size, appearance, and usefulness for blankets and toys. Feedback on whether it stays upright is mixed, however, with some buyers saying it can collapse. That matters if you want a bin that holds a rigid shape even when it is lightly filled. The manufacturer notes that the basket arrives folded and suggests filling it with towels or other items for a few hours, or ironing it for 3–5 minutes, to smooth creases. It also notes that handmade sewing and folding can cause slight size variation.

You’ll appreciate it if you want a large, flexible basket for soft household items and prefer an open top for quick access. Better avoided if you need water-resistant storage or a consistently rigid-sided container. Its cotton rope and fold-flat design prioritize flexible home organization over the enclosed protection of a hard-sided bin.

Buying verdict

Choose the OIAHOMY HSOBK00032 when capacity and easy access matter more than a lid or water resistance. It has a clear role as a living-room blanket basket, laundry holder, or toy organizer, and can be folded away when unused. The main trade-off is shape retention: buyer feedback is not uniform on stability, so it makes more sense for items that can help fill and support the basket than for a mostly empty bin that must stand firmly on its own.
