NUBWO HG04 Wireless Gaming Headset, 7.1 Surround Sound, 80-Hour Battery
Product description
The NUBWO HG04 is a 270 g over-ear wireless gaming headset in white. Its foldable design makes it easier to store between gaming sessions. Connect through a 2.4GHz USB transmitter, Bluetooth, or a 3.5 mm audio cable, depending on your device and setup.
Why it’s worth it
The HG04 pairs 40 mm dynamic drivers with 7.1 surround sound for game audio that brings dialogue, effects, and directional cues into focus. Its 2.4GHz connection is intended for PS5, PS4, PC, and laptops, while Bluetooth 5.3 offers a wireless option for phones and tablets. Need one headset for more than one kind of device? The wired 3.5 mm connection adds another way to use it, including with Xbox consoles.
An 80-hour battery life supports extended play between charges, and the headset takes three hours to charge. Mic monitoring lets you hear your own voice through the headset, while button controls keep basic adjustments close at hand. Customers often praise the sound and cushioned ear cups, feedback on microphone quality, noise cancellation, and fit is more mixed. These impressions can help set expectations, while the headset’s listed features and connection options make its intended uses clear.
The essentials
Choose the connection that suits the device: use the 2.4GHz USB transmitter for PS5, PS4, PC, or a laptop, Bluetooth for compatible phones and tablets, or the 3.5 mm cable for wired audio. For Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, the listed connection is 3.5 mm. Nintendo Switch is also listed for wired use, but its microphone is not supported. This makes the HG04 a flexible alternative to a headset built around a single connection type, especially if your gaming setup includes both a console and a mobile device.
The adjustable headband and over-ear design are suited to longer gaming sessions, whether you’re settling in for an RPG or staying alert to audio cues in an FPS. When the session is over, the foldable construction helps make storage more convenient. The headset also includes mic monitoring, so you can hear your voice as you speak rather than relying only on game audio.
Who it’s for
The HG04 is aimed at gamers who want wireless listening for supported PlayStation and PC setups, plus Bluetooth for compatible mobile devices. Its combination of 2.4GHz, Bluetooth, and wired audio is useful for a household or gaming space where devices vary. It also suits players who value extended battery life and a foldable over-ear design. Use the 3.5 mm cable for Xbox, and keep the Nintendo Switch microphone limitation in mind when choosing it for multiplayer chat.
When it makes sense
Pick the NUBWO HG04 when a single headset needs to cover several ways of playing: 2.4GHz wireless for supported consoles and computers, Bluetooth for mobile listening, and a 3.5 mm cable for wired connections. The 80-hour battery, mic monitoring, adjustable headband, and foldable design support a setup that moves between gaming and storage without relying on a wireless connection for every device. It’s a great fit if you want an over-ear headset for varied gaming sessions and appreciate having multiple connection options in one model.
