Ninja DG551 Foodi Smart XL 1760W
Product description
This indoor air fryer grill solves uneven cooking and guesswork with guided temps and a smart probe. If you struggle to hit the right doneness, this unit removes uncertainty and speeds dinner prep. It works as a countertop grill and air fryer so you can grill marks or crisp fries with less oil.
Key features
The Ninja DG551 Foodi Smart XL combines six cooking modes into one compact machine, offering Air Crisp, Grill, Roast, Bake, Broil, and Dehydrate for varied weeknight meals. Its Smart Cook System reads internal temperature with the included probe and gives four protein presets and nine doneness levels, so you can set and forget while the thermometer prevents overcooking. If you prioritize perfectly charred steaks, the grill grate reaches high heat for searing, and if you prefer lower-fat frying, the air crisp mode uses the 4-qt crisper basket for up to 75% less fat compared to deep frying. 🍖

What you’ll notice day to day
Cooking feels more predictable with targeted temperature control and the smart thermometer guiding finish times. Cleanup is manageable because the crisper basket and grill surfaces are removable, and the smoke control system cuts down on kitchen smoke when searing. If you like meal prep, the dehydrate mode helps make snacks and preserves ingredients across several sessions. ⚖️
Usage tips
Preheat on grill mode for quick sear marks, then switch to Air Crisp to finish for a golden crust. For proteins, use one of the four preset protein settings and rely on the probe to confirm doneness rather than time alone. If you prefer less smoke, use the cool-air zone and splatter shield together as recommended by the manufacturer to minimize fumes. 🍽️
