Ninja Blast Boy Toys Light-Up Foam Rocket Launcher Set, 2 Rockets

Kids who want active outdoor play get a simple way to launch, chase, and compete with this light-up foam rocket set. Its manual sling launcher gives each launch a hands-on start, while the glowing rockets add a visual element to daytime and after-dark play.

The set includes two foam rockets and a sling launcher, so kids can take turns or set up friendly challenges. Use it in an open area for launches, distance contests, or target practice.

Each rocket can travel up to 250 feet, and the launch action is straightforward: attach a rocket, pull back the elastic cord, aim toward an open area, and release.

Worth noting

The foam rocket body is lightweight, with stabilizing fins designed to support flight. Built-in lights make the rockets easier to follow visually and bring an extra point of interest to evening play. The set offers several ways to play: aim for a target, compare launch distances, or see how high a rocket can go. That variety gives kids a reason to switch up the challenge rather than repeat the same launch each time.

With two rockets in the set, play can involve a friend or family member instead of waiting for a single rocket to be retrieved after every turn. The launcher is manual, so the action comes from pulling back and releasing the sling. For a practical setup, choose an open outdoor space and direct launches away from people and obstacles.

Buyer feedback describes the launcher as fun, with particular appreciation for watching the rockets light up and launch. Some buyers also say the product matches its description. These comments speak to the play experience, while the foam construction and light-up feature define what the set offers.

Size & fit

The listed product dimensions are 11 x 4.5 x 2 inches. Its compact format is easy to bring along for backyard play, a park visit, or a family gathering, where an open area gives the rockets room to fly. The foam body is light to handle, and the sling-style launch uses a simple pull-and-release motion.

This is an outdoor toy for active, hands-on play rather than a stationary target game. A target challenge can add an accuracy goal, while distance and height challenges make use of the rockets’ flight. The two-player specification supports taking turns or competing, and the two-rocket set helps keep that shared play moving.

Getting the most from it

Start by attaching a rocket to the elastic launcher, pulling the cord back, and aiming toward a clear area before releasing. Kids can then change the challenge: choose a target for accuracy, compare how far each launch travels, or aim for height. The light-up feature adds a visible element when play continues after sunset, while the foam rocket format suits energetic outdoor sessions.

Compared with a game centered on hitting a fixed target, this set makes the launch itself part of the activity: players can explore direction, height, and distance, then create their own friendly contests. It works naturally for a backyard play session or as an activity to bring to a park or beach day. Keep launches directed into open space so the rockets have room to travel.

Buying verdict

For kids who enjoy outdoor toys with movement and a little friendly competition, this Ninja Blast set combines light-up foam rockets, a manual sling launcher, and multiple ways to play. The two-rocket format is well suited to shared turns, while the pull-and-release launch makes distance, height, and target challenges easy to set up. It’s a practical pick for active outdoor play when a simple launcher and a visible rocket flight are the main draw.
