Nicpro Mechanical Pencil Set 0.9mm

The 0.9mm leads are the standout detail here: they’re a practical choice for everyday writing and sketching, with a broader line than a fine-point pencil.

This set also bundles four pastel mechanical pencils with lead refills, several erasers, and a portable case. The pieces are ready to keep together for schoolwork or a desk setup.

The soft, non-slip grips add comfort for longer notes or homework sessions. It’s a coordinated stationery kit, not just a pack of pencils.

How to use it

Use the pencils for notes, homework, journaling, test prep, or casual sketching, and keep the case nearby so the refills and erasers don’t get separated. For example, you could leave one pencil in a notebook, another in a backpack, and keep the remaining supplies together in the case. The four pencils also make it easier to have a spare on hand or share the set.

Each pencil uses 0.9mm HB lead. The set includes four tubes of HB refills, with 96 leads total, plus a large rotary retractable eraser, a 4B block eraser, and 12 cap eraser refills. What’s useful about having those erasers together? Cap erasers suit quick corrections, while the larger rotary eraser and block eraser give you other options for clearing marks.

One practical limit: don’t load more than three leads into a pencil barrel at once. And while 0.9mm lead is a sensible match for general writing and sketching, people who prefer a very fine line may want a different lead size.

Pros

• Four pastel mechanical pencils with soft, non-slip grips.
• HB lead and a substantial supply of replacement leads are included.
• Three eraser formats cover quick touch-ups and larger corrections.
• A portable case keeps the set’s supplies together.

The bundle’s appeal is convenience: you get the pencils and common replacement supplies in one kit instead of choosing each item separately. That is useful for a school bag or shared desk, though someone who only needs one pencil may prefer a simpler, less bundled setup. The pastel colors offer a coordinated look, but the set’s value is mainly in having the accessories on hand.

When it makes sense

It’s a great fit if you want several mechanical pencils and their refills and erasers together for school, journaling, or everyday desk use. The kit also makes sense if you like having a spare pencil close by and prefer a soft grip over a bare barrel.

It may not suit you if you need a finer lead for small, precise marks, or if you’d rather pick one pencil and specific accessories individually. For ordinary notes, homework, and loose sketching, the 0.9mm lead and included supplies make this a convenient all-in-one choice, for detail-focused drawing, the lead size is the main reason to look elsewhere.
