Who it’s for

This set suits home offices and small workgroups that print both everyday text and color materials on a compatible Brother laser printer. The second black cartridge is useful when black-and-white pages make up much of the workload, the separate cyan, magenta, and yellow cartridges cover color printing needs. The stated page yields can also help when planning replacement supplies, with actual output depending on page coverage.

If you are choosing between original-brand cartridges and compatible replacements, this pack offers the compatible-cartridge approach while naming specific supported printer models. For example, a workspace printing reports in black and occasional color handouts can keep both types of toner on hand in one purchase. Check your printer’s model against the compatibility list before selecting a replacement.

Box contents

The pack contains two TN229XL black cartridges (TN229XLBK), one cyan (TN229XLC), one magenta (TN229XLM), and one yellow (TN229XLY). Each is a toner cartridge for a compatible Brother printer, with the black and color cartridges serving their respective print channels.
