Relcolor Ink 61 XL Remanufactured Cartridge Combo, Black and Tri-Color

For owners of supported printers that use HP 61 cartridges, the Relcolor Ink 61 XL combo pairs black and tri-color replacements in one pack. It’s a practical way to replace both cartridges together for everyday documents and color printing. The cartridges are remanufactured and are listed for select HP DeskJet, Envy, and OfficeJet models.

Key takeaways

This two-cartridge pack includes one 61XL black cartridge and one 61XL tri-color cartridge, plus a user guide. Having both ink colors in the same pack suits a home or small-office setup that prints a mix of text and color, rather than a replacement purchase focused on black ink alone. Use the black cartridge for text-heavy pages and the tri-color cartridge for documents that include color.

The listed compatibility covers select DeskJet models in the 1000, 2000, 2500, 3000, and 3500 families, Envy models in the 4500 and 5500 families, and OfficeJet models in the 2620 and 4630 families. These are replacement cartridges for specific printer models, so match your printer’s full model number to the compatibility list before choosing them.

Buyer feedback is mixed. Some customers describe satisfactory operation and clean prints, while others report cartridge-recognition or print-quality issues. That range of experiences is worth bearing in mind when choosing a remanufactured replacement.

Tips for day-to-day use

Keep the printer’s full model number handy when selecting ink, especially if its name includes a series number shared by several devices. Confirm that the exact model appears in the listed compatibility information. This helps distinguish supported printers from others in a similar family.

For routine printing, the black-and-tri-color pairing covers both text-led pages and documents with color elements. Replacing the pair together can also make sense when both cartridges are due for a change, rather than sourcing each color separately. The pack is intended for inkjet printers and lists plain paper, banner paper, card stock, and high-resolution paper among its media types.

Getting the most from it

Choose this combo when your printer uses the HP 61 cartridge series and you want black and color replacements in one purchase. For example, a household printing school assignments, forms, and occasional color pages can draw on both cartridges without buying a black-only pack. The listed 61XL format identifies the cartridges as the extra-capacity option in the 61 series.

Compared with buying only a black cartridge, this pack also supplies tri-color ink for pages that need color. Its strongest fit is a supported printer that needs both types of ink, the exact printer model remains the key compatibility check. The product is identified as remanufactured, making it a replacement-cartridge option for customers considering alternatives to original-brand cartridges.
