Moultrie EDGE 3 PRO Cellular Trail Camera, 50MP, 1440p Video, No-Glow Flash
Product description
AI buck detection helps bring relevant deer activity to your phone, while cellular connectivity lets you scout without making a trip to the camera. The Moultrie EDGE 3 PRO captures 50MP photos and 1440p video, giving you detailed records to review in the Moultrie app.
A 0.3-second trigger and 100-foot detection range are designed to capture movement across the camera’s field of view. No-glow flash supports discreet nighttime monitoring, and built-in GPS helps you locate cameras in the app.
Tips for day-to-day use
Use Live Aim in the app to preview the camera view while choosing a placement, then adjust settings remotely as your scouting needs change. The 50-degree field of view suits monitoring a defined trail, feeding area, or outdoor approach. For a practical setup, mount the camera with the included strap or Easy Aim Mount and use the app to review incoming activity rather than repeatedly visiting the site.
The camera automatically connects to the strongest available signal among four major U.S. networks, which can help when a property’s coverage differs from the network used by your phone. Cellular image delivery requires a subscription. If you use compatible Moultrie feeders, the app can also support remote feeder management, including settings and feed-level checks.
Where it shines
This camera is built for hunters who want current scouting information alongside recorded footage. Moultrie AI detects bucks and can switch to video mode, helping surface relevant activity in the app. The 1440p video records with audio, while no-glow infrared flash keeps nighttime illumination discreet for wildlife monitoring or outdoor surveillance.
On a property with several areas to watch, automatic GPS mapping helps keep track of camera locations, with location data also syncing to onX Hunt. Live Aim is useful when positioning the camera precisely, while real-time photo alerts make it easier to follow movement without checking the camera in person. Compared with a basic trail camera that stores images for an in-person card check, this cellular model is suited to remote scouting and app-based review.
