moolechi VRCH-5 Battery Pack for Meta Quest 3/2, 5000mAh Snap-In Charger
Product description
Some VR sessions are easy to plan around a charging break, others are better when you can keep playing. The moolechi VRCH-5 adds a 5000mAh battery pack for Meta Quest 3 and Quest 2. Its snap-in design adds 2–3 hours of gameplay, according to the product details. The rear-mounted pack also keeps the extra power with your headset during play.
How to use it
Slide the pack into place on the headset for a tool-free attachment, then check the annular LED to see the remaining power at a glance. The design leaves the headphone jack and headset sensors accessible, so you can use those features while the pack is attached. When unplugged, it enters standby after 30 seconds. For everyday use, that means you can attach it for a longer VR session and check its charge without removing the headset.
The pack is designed to work with the original and Elite straps for Quest 3 and Quest 2. Its USB connection also lets it serve as a 5000mAh portable charger for a phone, earbuds, or another Type-C device. That gives the battery a practical use beyond headset sessions, whether you want an additional power source at home or while traveling.
Pros
The main benefit is more time in VR before you need to stop and recharge. The listed 2–3 hours of additional gameplay can help make a movie, game, or longer session easier to enjoy without planning a mid-session charging break. The attachment is also designed for quick setup, so adding power does not require tools or removing the headset.
Buyers often highlight the straightforward snap-on installation, lightweight feel, and added playtime. Feedback on battery life and durability is mixed, so individual experiences vary. The pack’s rear-mounted placement and visible power indicator are useful design details for people who want an attached battery they can check while playing.
