Kawaye Pro Strap + 2 Battery + Dock VR Head Strap with Hot-Swap Packs

For Meta Quest 3S, Quest 3, and Quest 2 users who want an adjustable headset fit and battery support for longer VR sessions, the Kawaye Pro Strap combines a padded replacement head strap with two hot-swappable battery packs. Its top and rear adjustment knobs let you tailor the fit, while the rear cushion is designed to distribute weight and support stability during active play.

A charging dock and headset-specific fastener sets make it practical to set up and keep a spare pack ready for rotation.

Highlights

Two adjustment knobs—one on top and one at the back—help you fine-tune the strap rather than relying on a single adjustment point. The design includes four adjustment positions and dual cotton pads, including an oversized rear cushion measuring 35 in². These features are intended to spread contact and support a more secure, comfortable fit during games and VR workouts.

The two battery packs are hot-swappable, so you can change packs without removing the headset or pausing a game. A charging dock is included for the packs. The package also includes USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables, fastener sets for Quest 3S/3 and Quest 2, and a cleaning cloth.

Buyers often praise the strap’s adjustability, straightforward setup, and the added battery time. Some also say the cushioning helps reduce pressure on the face during extended use. Feedback on durability and connectivity is mixed, so these aspects draw less consistent comments.

Fit and sizing

The strap is compatible with Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest 3, and Oculus Quest 2. Its stated head-size range is 22.1–27.5 inches, with four adjustment positions to help accommodate different fits. Use the fastener set intended for your headset model when attaching the strap.

Installation is designed to be tool-free, with the product description indicating a setup time of about 90 seconds. Once fitted, use the top and rear knobs to adjust the support to your preference. This provides a more customizable alternative to a basic strap with fewer adjustment points.

Getting the most from it

For a longer VR session, keep the second battery pack available and rotate packs when needed, the hot-swap design is intended to let play continue without removing the headset. The included dock provides a dedicated place to charge the packs, and the supplied cables offer USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A connections.

The padded rear support and adjustable top strap are useful when you want to position the headset more securely for movement, exercise, or extended gaming. Adjust the strap before starting a session so the headset feels supported, then make small changes with the two knobs as needed.

Is it worth it?

It makes sense if you want more than a replacement strap alone: this set pairs adjustable support and soft cotton padding with two hot-swappable batteries and a charging dock. The model-specific fasteners cover Quest 3S/3 and Quest 2, while the fit range and dual adjustment points help tailor the strap to different head sizes. For Quest owners who value flexible fit and the option to rotate battery packs during VR play, the Pro Strap brings those features together in one accessory.
