MOLYLY PAC11-11040 Extra Large Dog Door Replacement Flaps, 2-Pack

Flexible PVC flaps provide a replacement passage for a compatible extra-large dog door, while the magnetic closure is designed to help the flap settle back into place. This two-flap set measures 13 1/8 inches wide by 24 7/8 inches high and comes with screws for installation.

For a worn flap, replacing the panel offers a focused alternative to replacing the entire pet door. Match the stated model and dimensions to your existing setup, then use the included screws to attach the replacement.

How to use it

Use these flaps as replacements for a dog door compatible with the Freedom PAC11-11040 model. Before installation, compare the flap dimensions with your existing door and align the six mounting holes. The set includes screws, and the installation is described as straightforward without extensive tools.

The flexible PVC construction lets a dog pass through the opening, while the magnetic closure is intended to bring the flap back toward its closed position. In everyday use, that design provides a clear passage for pets while helping limit exposure to wind and rain. It suits a household that needs to refresh the flap itself rather than change the complete door assembly.

Why it’s worth it

A replacement flap is a practical choice when the existing pet door frame is staying in place and only the passage panel needs attention. This set is sized for an extra-large opening and gives you two replacement flaps, with screws included for fitting them to the compatible door. The flexible PVC and magnetic closure are useful features for regular pet access, while the stated wind- and rain-resistant design is intended to help keep the indoor area more comfortable.

Buyers often praise the ease of installation and describe the flaps as a useful replacement. Feedback is mixed on fit and long-term durability: some report a good fit and lasting use, while others mention alignment or deformation concerns. Reports also vary on how securely the magnetic strip stays in place, and some buyers say the supplied screws differ in size from the original ones. Matching the listed dimensions and mounting pattern to your door is a practical way to choose the right replacement.
