MILDPLUS MP-Pro30X36 Disposable Underpads, 30 x 36 Inches, 25 Count

Some care routines call for a fresh disposable layer, while others need coverage across a larger bed or seating area. These MILDPLUS underpads combine both needs in a 30 x 36-inch format.

Each pad has a seven-layer construction and a 130-gram absorbent design. A cloth backing helps it resist tearing during everyday handling.

The 25-count pack is designed for adult, child, and pet care. Use the pads on beds, sofas, chairs, or wheelchairs to help protect the surface beneath them.

How it fits

Place an underpad on the area that needs protection, such as a bed during incontinence care or a chair for everyday use. Its 30 x 36-inch size provides a broad layer across sleeping and seating surfaces, and the disposable format makes it straightforward to replace the pad as part of a care routine. It can also be used to help manage spills or provide a protective layer during post-surgery recovery.

The product’s absorbent core is designed to take in liquid on contact and lock it inside, while the cloth backing is made to resist tearing. Together, these features support routine changes and repositioning. The pads are described as fragrance- and dye-free, with a soft top layer intended for contact with sensitive skin.

Why it’s worth it

A reusable protector can suit routines built around washing and reusing the same layer, these disposable underpads offer a fresh pad when a replacement is useful. The seven-layer construction, 130-gram absorbent design, and 25-count pack make them practical for keeping supplies on hand across different care settings. Their use is not limited to beds: the same format can protect sofas, chairs, and wheelchair seating, or provide a layer for pets.

Buyers often praise the pads’ absorbency, size, and overall construction. Feedback about how securely they stay in place is mixed, so placement on the intended surface is part of using them effectively.
