MERRYDO 24-Inch matte black linear Shower Drain with Removable Grate

The removable grate gives this MERRYDO linear shower drain a practical design for keeping the drain area accessible. Its matte black finish adds a defined look to the floor, while adjustable feet help set the drain height during installation. Choose a linear layout when you want a long rectangular drain, a point drain serves a different floor design.

Key points

Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, the 24-inch drain has a powder-coated matte black finish. The removable grate provides access to the drain, and the included hair strainer helps catch hair before it enters the outlet. A V-shaped bottom is designed to guide water toward the drain and prevent water from accumulating in the channel.

The drain has a 2-inch outlet and a stated flow rate of 56 L/min without the filter. Those details help when planning a shower drainage setup and matching the drain to the intended installation. Anti-clogging, anti-odor, and stain-resistant features are also listed. The product carries WaterMark and CUPC certifications.

How it fits

This 24-inch linear drain is intended for bathroom floors and is also described for use in kitchens and balconies. Its long, rectangular format suits projects designed around a linear channel rather than a compact point drain. The matte black finish can also be considered when coordinating the drain with other dark bathroom finishes.

Adjustable feet allow the installation height to be set for the floor layout, supporting a flush finish. The listed dimensions are 24 inches wide by 2.88 inches high, and the stated fit for the opening is 24 inches. Before choosing a size and color, measure the intended installation space so the drain matches the project.

Usage tips

Plan the drain location and confirm the opening dimensions before installation. Set the adjustable feet to suit the intended height, then position the drain for the planned floor finish. The hair strainer and removable grate make the drain area accessible for routine cleaning, remove the grate when access is needed and clear collected hair from the strainer.

For drainage planning, keep in mind that the stated 56 L/min flow rate is measured without the filter. The 2-inch outlet is another useful detail to account for when coordinating the drain with the plumbing layout. These checks help align the product with the job, whether the project is a shower renovation or another listed floor-drain application.

Is it worth it?

For a project that calls for a long linear drain in a matte black finish, this MERRYDO combines a removable grate, hair strainer, adjustable feet, and AISI 304 stainless steel in one 24-inch design. It is suited to buyers who want a defined linear-drain look and practical access for cleaning, with bathroom, kitchen, and balcony applications listed. Measure the installation space and select the matching size and color to make the drain a considered part of the floor plan.
