Libay Libay-15 Giant Halloween Spider, 79-Inch Black Hairy Decor

For Halloween hosts looking for a dramatic yard or party centerpiece, the Libay-15 giant spider adds a large, recognizable shape to a seasonal display. Its black hairy body and red eyes create a creepy look, while the legs can be bent into different poses to suit the space.

Use it outdoors as a focal point or bring it into a haunted-house scene or costume party. The flexible legs make it easier to arrange the spider around your display.

Technical overview

Designed as a reusable Halloween prop, this spider combines a plush covering with a wire structure in its legs. The listed leg span is 6.6 feet, or 79 inches, giving you a clear size reference when planning its placement. Its black color and red eyes help it stand out among other decorations, and the legs fold down for storage between seasons.

Getting the most from it

Shape the bendable legs to create a wide, crawling silhouette, or adjust them to fit the display area. The spider can be positioned in a yard or used indoors as part of a haunted-house setup or party scene. For a more layered Halloween display, pair its oversized look with spiderweb decorations, the webbing is a separate styling element, not a claim about what comes with the spider.

After the season, fold the legs in for more compact storage. That makes the prop easier to put away until the next Halloween display. If you plan to hang it, use a suitable spot and arrange the legs to work with the surrounding decor.

Who it’s for

This prop suits Halloween decorators who want one large animal-themed accent rather than a collection of smaller figures. It can anchor a yard display, add a creepy detail to a haunted-house scene, or give a costume-party setup a recognizable centerpiece. The bendable legs are useful when you want to change the spider’s pose to match the available space or the style of the scene.

Buyer feedback often points to its usefulness as a Halloween decoration and appreciates that the legs can be bent. Opinions are mixed on the actual size, how easily the legs hold a pose, and durability. Keep the listed 79-inch dimensions in mind when planning placement, and shape the legs around the display you have in mind.

Final verdict

The Libay-15 brings a large spider silhouette, black plush detailing, red eyes, and poseable legs to Halloween decorating. Choose it when you want a single, eye-catching prop for a yard, haunted-house display, or party scene, with legs that can be arranged for the space and folded away after the season.
