The cordless design keeps the window looking clean and makes raising or lowering the shade simple. Natural bamboo slats soften incoming daylight with a warm, filtered glow. Want a room-darkening shade that still lets some light through? The Highfield Teak finish brings a natural texture to indoor windows.

Quick sizing guide

This shade measures 35 inches wide by 64 inches high. For an inside mount, the window opening should be wider than 35 inches. For an outside mount, LazBlinds recommends choosing a shade 2–4 inches wider than the window’s outer frame for better coverage. The shade can be mounted inside or outside the frame, so you can select the placement that suits your window and installation plan. Mounting hardware and a user manual are included.

Where it shines

Use it in a bedroom, living room, dining room, office, porch, or patio room to add a natural-looking window treatment. The woven bamboo construction gently filters sunlight and provides room darkening, making it useful when you want to soften bright daylight without choosing a fully opaque covering. It is not completely private, so it works best where filtered light and a degree of screening suit the room. The cordless manual operation gives the window a streamlined look, without dangling pull cords, and lets you raise or lower the shade as needed.

Bamboo’s natural texture and variation make each shade visually distinctive. Small gaps between the flat bamboo pieces are normal and allow light to pass through for a soft effect. Buyers often praise the appearance, light filtering, and ease of raising and lowering the shade, feedback on the color is mixed, with some finding Highfield Teak darker than expected. As natural bamboo is intended for indoor use, place it away from wet or damp environments. Spot-cleaning is the recommended care method.
