Lavish Home Storage Ottoman in White

Highlights

If you want a seat-side place to put your feet and tuck away a few everyday items, this ottoman combines both jobs in one compact piece. If your priority is a large storage chest, its small footprint points to a different kind of use.

The removable lid lifts to reveal a storage compartment for items such as books, clothes, or blankets. That gives loose belongings a place to go without adding a separate bin to the room.

The padded lid doubles as a footrest, while a tray on top can turn the ottoman into a small living room table. Its white teddy plush Sherpa cover and wood legs bring a soft, mid-century-inspired look, the frame is made from MDF.

Size & fit

The listed dimensions are 16.5 inches long by 16.5 inches wide and 15.5 inches high. That square footprint is intended for tighter spaces such as dorm rooms, small apartments, and RVs, as well as bedrooms or living rooms where a full-size ottoman would take up more floor space.

Keep in mind that the interior dimensions and storage capacity aren’t provided. From the way it is set up, it’s better suited to keeping a few useful items close at hand than replacing a larger linen chest. If you’re considering it for blankets, measure the folded items and the spot where you plan to place it before deciding.

A solid pick if you need a footrest that also hides smaller household items. You may want to skip it if you need a firm, flat surface for regular table use without placing a tray on top, or want storage for bulky belongings.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the compartment for things you reach for but don’t want left out: a book beside the couch, a folded throw, or clothes that need a temporary home. When you want a surface for a drink or other items, set a tray on the padded lid, as suggested for this ottoman. That keeps the plush top from being treated like a hard tabletop.

Before buying, measure the floor space with room to move around it, and check that the overall height works beside your seating. The cover is white, so it may also be worth thinking about whether a light-colored plush surface suits the room and your usual routines. No cleaning instructions are provided, so don’t assume the cover is removable or machine-washable, the removable part specified is the lid.

Practical doubts

What can you store inside? The description names books, clothes, and blankets, among other belongings. Since no interior measurements are listed, compare the items you plan to store with the available space once you know it.

Can it be used as a table? It can serve as a living room table with a tray placed on the lid. The padded top itself is described as a comfortable footrest, not a hard tabletop.

What materials and color does it have? The body uses MDF, with a teddy plush Sherpa outer cover, padded lid, and wood legs. The listed color is white.

Should you buy it?

Choose this Lavish Home ottoman if a small, soft-looking piece that combines footrest duty with concealed storage would make your room more useful. It suits a quick end-of-day routine: lift the lid, put away a book or throw, then rest your feet on the padded top. Its appeal is the combination, rather than storage capacity or a dedicated table surface.

If you need to store larger linens, want interior capacity details before committing, or prefer a surface designed to stand alone as a table, a larger storage unit or a firm-topped option may fit those needs better. For compact rooms where a tray-ready footrest and a place to stash a few items are enough, this one has a clear purpose.
