KILOCOCO Woven Rug, Brown and Black Striped Washable Door Mat

A single entry mat suits shoppers who want a simple place to wipe shoes, a woven rug like this one also works as a base for a layered welcome-mat setup. The KILOCOCO rug has brown and black stripes and a low pile. Its washable construction makes routine cleanup more practical. Outdoor use is best limited to a covered area.

The rectangular shape and striped farmhouse style are intended for spaces such as an entryway, hallway, kitchen, or laundry room. At 0.3 inches thick, the rug has a low profile for placement near a door, and the woven pattern can provide a visual layer beneath a separate welcome mat. It is sold as one piece, so a second mat or a nonslip pad is not included in that count.

The care details matter if you expect an entry rug to collect everyday dirt. The maker recommends shaking or vacuuming for light upkeep, or machine washing on a delicate cycle and air drying for a deeper clean, avoid bleach. The listed materials include cotton, polyester, and rayon, rather than cotton alone. Buyers commonly praise the appearance, size, and ease of washing, and some describe using it under a larger doormat. Feedback on grip is mixed, which reinforces the need to consider the floor surface and whether a separate rug pad is appropriate.

Practical tips

Measure the intended spot before choosing this size, especially if the rug will sit in a narrow entry or beneath another mat. The dimensions are suited to a front-door area, porch, or patio where a layered look is wanted, but the product is not water resistant. Use it outdoors only in a covered location, and bring it inside to dry if it gets wet. Prolonged rain, standing water, and harsh weather are not suitable conditions for this rug.

There is no non-slip backing. On a smooth or slick floor, use a nonslip rug pad beneath it rather than assuming the woven surface will stay put, reports from buyers on whether it shifts are not consistent. For a layered arrangement, place the welcome mat on top and check that the edges sit flat around the doorway. A solid pick if you want a washable striped base layer for an indoor entrance or sheltered porch. You may want to skip it if you need a water-resistant outdoor mat or a rug with built-in grip.

In the box

The listing specifies one rectangular rug. It does not list a rug pad or a separate welcome mat as included, so plan on those as separate items if you want extra grip or a layered entryway. This distinction also helps when comparing it with a standalone doormat: this rug can serve as the visible base of a setup, while a single mat is the more direct choice when you only need one surface at the door.

Final verdict

Choose this KILOCOCO rug for its brown-and-black striped look, low profile, and machine-washable care, particularly if you want to layer a welcome mat over a larger woven base. Its practical fit depends on where it will sit: indoors or under cover, with a separate nonslip pad when the floor needs added grip. For an exposed, frequently wet spot or a ready-to-use nonslip mat, a different type of entry rug is a better match.
