Jelanry Shockproof Case for iPhone 17 Pro Max and 18 Pro Max, Black
Product description
For a commute or outdoor outing where you want your phone covered and within reach, the Jelanry case combines a dual-layer design with holes for attaching a crossbody strap. Its black, two-tone styling keeps the look straightforward.
The case is listed for iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Because the listing also warns that it does not fit other models, confirm your phone’s product name in Settings before ordering.
A covered USB-C port and textured side strips add practical details for daily carry. Do you need MagSafe support? This case is explicitly listed as not compatible with MagSafe.
Usage tips
Check the phone’s exact model in Settings > About Phone > Product Name before choosing this case. The listing names iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPhone 18 Pro Max, and says other models are not supported, a similar-looking phone is not enough to establish fit.
During installation, align the openings with the speakers, buttons, and camera. The case is described as having laser-cut cutouts, a dust cover for the USB-C port, and textured side strips for grip. Close the port cover after charging to help keep dust and debris out. Crossbody strap holes are built in for carrying the phone on outings or during travel, the product details do not say that a strap is included. Setup guidance is described as an included manual or an instructional video on the product page.

Strengths
The design focuses on practical protection rather than a slim, feature-minimal cover: the listing describes a hard inner shell, flexible outer cover, reinforced corner protection, and coverage against scratches, bumps, and everyday impacts. That combination may suit someone who wants more than a basic back cover for a phone carried through a busy day. The dust cover and textured grip address two specific annoyances—debris around the port and a slippery-feeling hold—while the strap holes offer another way to carry the phone.
Buyer feedback is positive about fit, durability, and protection, with some customers saying the case has handled repeated drops. Those are individual impressions, not a guarantee of drop performance, so the case’s protective design should not be read as making the phone damage-proof.
When it makes sense
It makes sense if you want a rugged-style case for one of the two listed Pro Max models, value a covered charging port, or plan to attach a crossbody strap for travel, school, work, or outdoor use. Compared with a simpler cover, this one adds a dust flap, textured sides, and corner-focused protection. Not the best choice if you need MagSafe, a case for a different phone model, or a screen or lens protector in the package. Its appeal is the combination of those specific carry and coverage features, rather than wireless-accessory compatibility or an all-in-one protection kit.
