INSMART 260H Smart Body Composition Scale, Pink, 400 lb Capacity

The INSMART 260H has a 5mm tempered-glass platform and a clear LED display, bringing body-weight and composition readings into a sleek pink bathroom scale. With a 400 lb capacity and measurements in 0.1 lb increments, it gives you more to follow than weight alone.

Connect the scale to the INSMART Health app over Bluetooth to sync readings and view trends over time. Its multi-user tracking lets family members keep their data separate while sharing the scale.

Key features

The scale provides 24 body composition analyses, including weight, BMI, body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, and basal metabolic rate. That range can help put a weigh-in in context when you’re tracking fitness or weight-loss progress. Want to see how measurements change over time rather than focus on one reading? The app records measurements and displays trend charts, so you can follow changes across multiple weigh-ins.

A basic weight-only scale centers on a single number, this model adds composition data for people who want a broader view of their measurements. The large LED display makes the weight reading easy to see on the scale, while Bluetooth syncing provides a way to review the wider set of metrics in the app. Buyers appreciate the informative readings and app connectivity, though feedback on accuracy, functionality, and the app is mixed.

Tips for day-to-day use

Place the scale on a flat, hard surface and stand barefoot on the platform for a body composition measurement. For readings you can compare over time, use it in a consistent way and review the app’s trend charts rather than treating a single weigh-in as the whole picture. The tempered-glass platform and rounded corners suit everyday home use, wipe the surface as needed to keep it ready for the next weigh-in.

How to use it

Open the INSMART Health app and tap its measurement button before stepping onto the scale. Stand still for 10 seconds while it measures and syncs your body composition data. You can also weigh yourself without unlocking your phone, the reading syncs to the app when the devices reconnect. Bluetooth links the scale with the app, where measurements are stored for individual users and can be shared with other fitness programs. The scale supports unlimited user tracking, making it practical for households where more than one person wants to follow personal measurements.

Buying verdict

It suits you if you want a bathroom scale that combines everyday weight readings with app-based body composition tracking. The 0.1 lb increments, 400 lb capacity, multi-user profiles, and 24 reported metrics make the INSMART 260H useful for adults and fitness-focused households looking to monitor measurements over time. Its LED readout serves quick weigh-ins, while the app adds a longer-term view for personal health and fitness routines.
