Huttoi Slow Feeder Dog Bowl, Medium

Key specifications

Fast eaters can gulp down food or scatter liquid across the floor before you have a chance to slow them down. This Huttoi feeder combines a slow-feeding bowl, textured lick mat, and rolling ball in one setup, giving pets a few different ways to engage with food and treats.

The central bowl has a lid with an attached rolling ball. The set also includes a suction base, and the bowl can be used with liquid, wet, or dry food depending on how it is arranged.

The materials are ABS and soft silicone. The suction cups are designed for smooth surfaces such as tile, marble, and glass, while the feeder can be hand-washed, put in the dishwasher, or frozen. The maker says the connected ball and lid are intended to prevent pets from removing the ball, that design is a feature, not a substitute for supervision.

Who it’s for

This setup makes sense for someone looking to add licking and food-based activity to a pet’s routine, rather than simply replacing a plain bowl. Spread peanut butter or canned food on the textured outer mat, or use the covered center for yogurt, bone broth, or juice. With the lid removed, the bowl can hold dry food, freeze-dried snacks, or vegetables. For example, putting a little sticky treat on the mat during nail care gives a dog something to focus on while you work.

It suits you if your dog or cat enjoys licking, needs a slower-feeding setup, or gets bored with an ordinary meal bowl. The product is described for small, medium, and large dogs and cats, but no dimensions are provided, so the listed size range alone can’t tell you how much food it will hold or whether it will suit your pet’s eating style. Not the best choice if you need a measured capacity or a feeder specifically tailored to a particular pet size.

In the box

The set is described as including the feeder components, a cleaning brush, and an instruction manual, packed in a color box. Its snap-on design is intended to make assembly straightforward. Compared with buying a basic bowl, this brings licking and rolling-ball activity into the same feeding setup, if you only need a simple container for meals, those extra parts may be unnecessary.

Questions before you buy

Can it be used with different kinds of food? Yes. The description lists liquid, wet, and dry food, with different uses for the center bowl and outer textured mat. Remove the lid when filling the center with dry food.

Will the suction base hold on any floor? It is intended for smooth surfaces, including tile, marble, and glass. The description does not claim it grips every surface, so a textured or uneven spot may not be suitable.

How do you clean it? The listed options are hand washing and dishwasher cleaning, and the feeder can also be frozen. A cleaning brush is included.

Buying verdict

The Huttoi is worth considering if you want one feeding accessory that combines a lick surface, a covered liquid bowl, and a rolling-ball feature. Its practical appeal is the range of ways to use it, especially for treat time or to add an activity during grooming. On the spec sheet, it also addresses splashing and sliding with a suction base, but that grip is specified for smooth surfaces. Choose it for interactive feeding, choose a plain bowl instead if simplicity and a known capacity matter more.
