HULKFIT Puzzle Exercise Mat, 1-Inch EVA Interlocking Tiles, 18-Piece Set
Product description
A workout area built around heavy equipment needs floor protection, while a space for stretching or cardio also benefits from cushioning underfoot. The HULKFIT Puzzle Exercise Mat uses interlocking EVA foam tiles to create a defined training surface for home gyms, garages, and shared living spaces.
With 18 one-inch-thick tiles, you can assemble a floor area for equipment, bodyweight workouts, or a mix of routines. The modular format also makes it practical to take apart and store when you want the floor space back.
How to use it
Connect the puzzle edges to lay out a workout surface on a hard floor. Each tile measures 24" x 24" x 1", so the pieces can be arranged to suit your exercise area. Set up a training zone beneath fitness equipment such as dumbbells, treadmills, or weight racks, or use the cushioning for floor-based activities like yoga, Pilates, stretching, and martial arts.
The surface is designed to help absorb impact and vibration during workouts, including jumping exercises and weight training. Its textured finish provides traction for barefoot exercise or workouts in shoes. After a session, wipe the tiles with a damp cloth, mild soap can be used for cleaning.
Where it shines
This mat serves households that need more than a thin layer between exercise and a hard floor. In a garage gym, it creates a padded area beneath equipment and helps protect flooring from scratches and impact. In an apartment or shared room, its cushioning helps dampen vibration from active routines. For yoga or stretching, it provides a softer surface without requiring a dedicated permanent workout floor.
The interlocking design also offers a different approach from a single fixed-size mat: arrange the tiles as a workout zone, then separate them for compact storage when the area needs another use. That flexibility can be useful in multipurpose rooms, basements, and home offices.
