VivaLuz VLBW03-GM1-15 Gym Flooring, 0.6-Inch Rubber-EVA, 6 Tiles

Set up a home workout area in a garage or spare room with six interlocking VivaLuz gym floor tiles. Each tile measures 24 x 24 inches, and the set covers 24 sq. ft., giving you room for floor exercises such as pushups and sit-ups as well as a defined surface for exercise equipment.

The dual-layer design pairs a textured rubber top with a high-density EVA base. Together, the layers provide a cushioned workout surface, while the interlocking edges and included edge guards help create a joined layout that can be arranged to suit your space.

Pros

At 0.6 inches thick, the tiles add cushioning between your workout and the floor. The EVA layer absorbs impact, and the rubber surface is designed to resist slipping and compression. That combination is useful when you want a more supportive area for bodyweight movements or a stable floor beneath exercise equipment. The stated maximum load capacity is up to 800 lb.

The rubber surface is waterproof and can be wiped with a damp cloth after a workout. For a home gym that sees regular use, this makes routine cleanup straightforward. The tiles also help protect the floor from direct contact with equipment, while their layered construction absorbs some impact from equipment hitting the surface.

Key points

The six-tile set covers 24 sq. ft., with each square tile measuring 24 x 24 inches and 0.6 inches thick. Its black-and-white finish and leaf pattern give the floor a distinct look, while the interlocking format lets you arrange the pieces around the shape of your workout area. Edge guards are included to finish the outer edges against a wall and help keep them from curling.

This format serves a different need than a single, portable exercise mat: the connected tiles create a broader floor area for a home or garage gym. For example, you can lay them out where you plan to stretch, do floor exercises, or position equipment, then adjust the arrangement to fit the available space. The set includes six tiles and a user manual.

How to take care of it

For everyday cleaning, dampen a cloth and wipe the surface gently. The waterproof rubber top makes it practical to remove sweat or small spills after a session. The manufacturer recommends airing the flooring out before use.

Buying verdict

VivaLuz VLBW03-GM1-15 is a practical fit for anyone creating a dedicated workout zone who wants more coverage than a single exercise mat can provide. Its 24 sq. ft. layout, cushioned rubber-and-EVA construction, interlocking design, and included edge guards bring together useful features for floor workouts and home gym equipment in a garage or indoor workout space.
