Product description
For a living room that shifts from daytime sports to evening gaming, the Hisense 55U7SF combines a 55-inch 4K screen with Mini-LED backlighting and an anti-reflection finish.
Its native 165Hz refresh rate and VRR 330 are built for fast-moving games and action, while Hi-QLED color and Dolby Vision IQ support detailed viewing across movies and shows.
Fire TV and Alexa+ voice control bring streaming and TV controls together. The 2.1.2-channel audio system adds Dolby Atmos and tuning by Devialet for a more immersive setup without making the picture the only focus.
Technical overview
The U7SF uses Hi-QLED Mini-LED Pro with full-array local dimming. Thousands of Mini-LED backlights and up to 3,000 local dimming zones help control bright highlights and darker areas across the image. Peak brightness is listed at up to 3,000 nits, and the Hi-View AI Engine Pro adjusts color, contrast, and detail as scenes change. That combination makes this TV a strong fit for rooms with varied content and changing light.

If you’re choosing between a conventional LED TV and a display with more precise backlight control, Mini-LED local dimming is a meaningful distinction: it lets the U7SF manage image brightness across zones rather than treating the screen as one uniform light source. Buyers also highlight the vivid colors, contrast, sound, and anti-glare finish in their feedback.
Practical tips
Use the native 165Hz refresh rate and VRR 330 for supported gaming setups, and connect your devices through the TV’s HDMI ports. For movie nights, Dolby Vision IQ and the supported HDR formats make it easy to enjoy compatible content in its intended HDR format. The anti-reflection finish is useful when windows or room lighting are part of the viewing environment. AirPlay supports sharing content from a mobile device to the TV, and Wi-Fi 6E or Ethernet provides a choice of network connection.
