Hipubby Small dog harness Step-In Dog Harness and Leash Set, Pink XS

For a neighborhood walk or a short training session, this pink Hipubby harness and leash set gives small dogs and cats a step-in fit and reflective details in one lightweight setup. The soft mesh vest is designed to feel breathable, while two metal D-rings provide leash attachment points and help distribute pressure across the body rather than concentrating it at the neck.

The set pairs a reflective harness with a reflective 5-foot leash. Its XS size is listed for a 13.5–15-inch chest, making accurate measuring a practical first step.

What to know

The step-in design keeps getting ready simple: let your pet step into the vest, fasten the buckle, and attach the leash to the metal D-rings. A useful alternative to walking with a collar alone, the vest-style design spreads leash pressure across the body. Reflective stitching around the harness and reflective details on the leash add visibility in low-light conditions, while the solid pink color gives the set a coordinated look.

The harness is made with cotton, nylon, and plastic, and weighs 3.2 ounces. It is described for small dogs and cats. Customer feedback often highlights its appearance and ease of putting on, fit impressions vary, and durability feedback is mixed. For a more dependable fit, use the chest measurement and the size guidance rather than choosing by breed name alone.

Cleaning & care

Hand wash the harness to care for its materials. This is a practical routine after walks when the vest needs freshening up, follow the hand-wash instruction rather than treating it as a machine-wash item. Let the harness dry before the next outing so it is ready to use with the leash.

Practical tips

Measure your pet’s chest and neck girth before ordering, then compare both measurements with the size chart. For this XS option, the listed chest range is 13.5–15 inches. If your pet’s measurements fall between sizes, the sizing guidance recommends choosing the larger size for comfort. A snug, well-positioned fit helps the vest sit as intended while your pet walks or practices leash manners.

For an evening walk, the reflective stitching on the vest and leash provides a visible detail in low light. Before setting out, fasten the buckle and attach the leash securely to the D-rings. The step-in layout is also useful when you want a simple, repeatable routine for gearing up before a walk.

Before you decide

How do I choose the right size? Measure chest and neck girth, then use the size chart. XS is listed for a 13.5–15-inch chest, if measurements fall between sizes, the guidance recommends sizing up.

How does the harness go on? Have your pet step into the vest, fasten the buckle, and attach the leash to one of the two metal D-rings.

How should I clean it? Hand wash the harness, as directed in its care instructions.

Is it worth it?

This set suits people looking for a lightweight, step-in walking setup for a small dog or cat, with a matching leash and reflective details for low-light outings. The vest design, two leash attachment rings, and clear XS chest range make it a practical choice for everyday walks and training when you want the harness and leash together.
