Hazo Haus 5' x 7' Floral Area Rug, Washable Low-Pile Polyester with Non-Slip Backing
Product description
A room rug can be mainly a decorative layer, or it can be chosen for a softer, more substantial feel underfoot. The Hazo Haus 5' x 7' rug leans toward easy-care everyday use: it has a vintage botanical pattern, a low pile, and a rubber backing, with machine washing listed as an option for deeper cleaning.
Its muted beige-and-blue look is described with pastel floral accents and traditional motifs, making it a fit for bedrooms, living rooms, a home office, or other indoor spaces. The 0.25-inch pile keeps the profile low, is that the right trade-off for your room? It may suit areas where a flatter rug is more practical than a thick, plush one.
Everyday use
In a bedroom, this rug can add a patterned surface beside or beneath furniture, in a home office, its low pile is intended to work under a desk chair. The non-slip rubber backing is designed to help keep it in place, including in higher-traffic areas. Because it is machine washable, routine vacuuming can be supplemented with a gentle cold wash when needed. The care instructions specify a soft roller or dusting brush and the vacuum’s lowest setting, then air drying or using an air-only dryer cycle without heat. Bleach is not recommended.
If the rug arrives folded, creases may be present. Rolling it out and giving it time to settle is part of setup, rather than an indication that the pattern or size is wrong.

Strengths
The practical appeal is the combination of a decorative floral design and straightforward care instructions. The low pile and grippy backing are useful details for rooms where a rug needs to sit flat and stay positioned, while the washable format offers another way to handle dirt beyond regular vacuuming. The product is presented for use in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, dorms, and home offices, though room layout and placement will determine how well its 5' x 7' footprint fits.
Buyer feedback commonly praises the soft feel, subdued colors, appearance, grip, and ease of cleaning. Thickness and durability draw more mixed reactions: some find the pile practical and report that it holds up, while others describe it as too thin or mention edge fraying or separation from the backing. Those differing impressions matter if you are choosing primarily for a cushioned feel or long-term wear. Compared with a thicker, more plush rug, this one prioritizes a lower profile and washability over substantial pile.
When it makes sense
It suits you if you want a vintage-inspired floral rug for an indoor room and value a low pile, rubber backing, and machine-wash care. You may want to skip it if your main priority is a thick, cushioned surface or if you need more consistent expectations about long-term durability, buyer reports on both thickness and wear vary. For a more decorative, easy-care layer, its documented features are relevant, but the care directions and mixed feedback are worth weighing before choosing it for a particularly hard-wearing spot.
