Haidms Interior Door Handles, Zinc Alloy

For a bedroom or bathroom where you want a little more privacy and a coordinated modern look, these Haidms interior door handles combine a brushed-gold finish with a push-button lock. The six-pack is intended for multiple interior doors, with a square lever design that suits a clean, contemporary style.

The practical detail is the emergency release: a pin or sharp tool can be inserted into the outside privacy hole to unlock the handle. That gives household members a way to regain access if the button lock is engaged.

Technical details

Each handle is made from zinc alloy and has a brushed-gold finish, a square profile, and a lever shape. The interior push button provides privacy locking, these are not described as keyed entry handles. The set includes six handles and installation accessories, along with instructions. The levers are reversible for left- or right-handed doors, and the product is described as adjustable.

The heavier feel and corrosion- and rust-resistance claims may appeal if you are replacing lightweight handles, but the listing does not provide a weight, dimensions, or a finish-care guide. If matching hardware across several rooms matters, the coordinated finish is a useful part of the set, it is still worth noting that a brushed-gold look may stand out against existing hardware in another finish.

Compatibility

The handles are listed for doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick, with either a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset. They are intended for standard interior doors and can be fitted on either handing. Check your door measurements before choosing them: a door outside those stated dimensions is not covered by the listed fit information. Installation is described for pre-drilled doors, so this is a more straightforward replacement route than a project that requires creating new door preparations.

Usage tips

On a typical bedroom door, install the handle with the privacy button on the room side, then keep a suitable pin or sharp tool accessible elsewhere in the home for the outside release. The included instructions and accessories are intended to support installation with a screwdriver. Because the product description specifies pre-drilled doors, plan on using existing preparations rather than assuming the set includes everything needed to modify a door.

A solid pick if you are updating several compatible interior doors and want matching brushed-gold privacy levers. Not the best choice if you need a keyed lock, have doors outside the stated thickness or backset range, or are looking for hardware for an exterior entrance. On the spec sheet, its strongest case is a multi-door interior refresh with a consistent finish and privacy function.

Practical doubts

Can these handles be used on left- and right-handed doors? Yes. The levers are described as reversible for either handing.

What happens if someone gets locked inside? The outside privacy hole can be opened with a pin or sharp tool, according to the product information.

Do they work with every standard door? The listing gives specific door thickness and backset ranges, so measure your door rather than relying on the word “standard.”

Final verdict

This six-pack makes sense when the goal is to replace several interior handles with matching brushed-gold levers that also provide push-button privacy. Its appeal is the combination of a consistent square design, reversible installation, and an emergency release—not a keyed security function. Buy it for pre-drilled doors within the stated measurements, choose a different style of hardware if your doors fall outside those limits or need keyed access.
