Asidrama Interior Door Knobs, Champagne Bronze

A door that needs a fresh look can still be a headache if the replacement hardware does not match its handing or fit. These Asidrama Champagne Bronze knobs are presented as a four-piece set for interior doors, with reversible hardware for left- or right-handed installation.

The warm metallic finish gives bedrooms and bathrooms a coordinated update without changing the door itself.

There is one detail to sort out before choosing: the listing calls these both passage knobs and locking hardware, so confirm the lock function of the set you receive.

Highlights

The main appeal is practical: four matching knobs can help bring several interior doors into the same finish, rather than replacing hardware one room at a time. Champagne Bronze offers a warmer look than basic chrome or brushed-metal styles, so it may suit a room where the hardware is meant to complement other warm-toned details.

The description says the hardware reverses for either door handing and includes an adjustable latch for two backsets: 2-3/8 inches and 2-3/4 inches. It also lists compatibility with doors 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches thick. Those measurements are useful when comparing the set with existing door prep, but the fit still depends on the door matching the stated range.

Keep in mind that the product name says “passage,” while the description also refers to a locking mechanism and deadbolt. Those terms do not clearly establish whether the knobs provide privacy locking, passage operation, or another arrangement. Check the included hardware and intended function before using them on a bathroom or bedroom door where privacy matters.

Fit and sizing

This set is intended for interior doors, and its reversible design is meant to work on left- and right-handed doors. Before ordering, compare the stated door thickness and backset with your existing door. If you cannot identify the current backset, measure from the door edge to the center of the knob opening, choosing without that measurement can leave you with hardware that does not align as expected.

The description gives a mounting plate measurement of 2-1/2 by 2-1/2 inches. It does not provide a full installation template or detailed information about every included component, so rely on the supplied instructions rather than assuming the existing holes will fit automatically.

Tips for day-to-day use

A useful way to plan the set is to choose the four doors first, then check each one for the same finish needs and compatible measurements. For example, if you are updating a bedroom and nearby bathroom, compare the hardware already on those doors and decide whether both need a privacy function or whether one is a simple passage door. That distinction matters more here because the listing uses both locking and passage terminology.

The description says installation requires a screwdriver and includes instructions. That suggests a straightforward replacement when the door is already prepared and compatible, but the listing does not establish that every installation will be tool-free beyond that. If the door needs new holes or other adjustments, the stated quick-install approach may not apply.

Practical doubts

Are these suitable for a bathroom? The listing names bathrooms as an intended room, but its mixed wording about passage and locking hardware leaves the exact privacy function unclear. Verify that before fitting one to a bathroom door.

Will they work on a left-handed door? The description says the lever is reversible for left- and right-handed doors, so the set is presented as suitable for either orientation.

What should I measure before buying? Check door thickness and backset against the listed ranges: 1-3/8 to 1-3/4 inches thick, with a 2-3/8- or 2-3/4-inch backset.

Buying verdict

It makes sense if you want a matching Champagne Bronze finish across several compatible interior doors and have confirmed which doors need locking hardware. The reversible design and stated backset range give you useful fit information up front. It might not be a great match if you need a clearly specified privacy lock or want certainty that the existing door prep will fit without checking measurements, the listing leaves those points unresolved.
