GTPLAYER gtp0845 Gaming Chair with Pocket-Spring Cushion, Linkage Arms & Footrest

Set up a comfortable place for gaming, computer work, or a study session with the GTPLAYER gtp0845. Its high back, lumbar support, pocket-spring seat cushion, and retractable footrest bring several comfort features together in one chair, while the black finish and quilted fabric suit a home office or gaming setup.

The linked armrests move with the backrest, helping keep the arm position aligned as you recline. A footrest provides another way to settle in between tasks or during a longer session.

Key takeaways

The seat combines independent pocket springs with polyurethane foam cushioning. That construction gives the seat a spring-supported feel, while the high back and lumbar support add coverage for desk and gaming use. The breathable quilted fabric is designed for a more comfortable sitting environment, and the chair’s recline lets you change position rather than stay upright throughout a session.

The linkage armrests adjust with the backrest angle, so they follow your position as you lean back. The footrest retracts when you want to sit upright and can be extended when you want to put your feet up. Together, these features make the chair a more adaptable choice than a fixed-position desk chair, especially if your setup is used for both focused tasks and downtime.

The chair is intended for indoor use and has a maximum weight recommendation of 300 pounds. Assembly instructions are provided, and the surface can be wiped clean. Customers often praise its appearance and straightforward assembly, while feedback varies on seat firmness and sturdiness, some also report concerns about stability and the back. These differing impressions are useful to keep in mind when choosing a chair for frequent, extended use.

How to take care of it

Keep routine care simple: wipe the chair clean according to its care instructions. For assembly, follow the supplied manual so the components are fitted in the intended order. After setup, the adjustable backrest, linked armrests, and retractable footrest can be positioned to suit the activity, whether that means sitting upright for computer work or reclining for a break.

Everyday use

For a work-from-home desk, the high back and lumbar support provide a chair-style setup for computer tasks, while the linked armrests follow the backrest when you change your posture. For gaming, the pocket-spring cushion and reclining backrest offer a different feel from a simple upright task chair. Extend the footrest when you want to relax between rounds, then retract it to return to a more upright position at the desk.

The design also suits a shared home space where a chair needs to serve more than one purpose. Its understated black color and quilted fabric fit naturally into a computer area, and its combination of seat support, reclining movement, and footrest means you do not have to choose a separate chair for desk time and casual lounging. If your priority is a basic chair for upright work alone, a simpler task-chair design may be a closer match, this model focuses on adjustable seating and relaxation features in a gaming-chair format.

Should you buy it?

Choose the GTPLAYER gtp0845 if you want a high-back computer chair that brings a pocket-spring cushion, lumbar support, linked armrests, reclining movement, and a retractable footrest into one indoor setup. Those features make it suited to gaming and computer use where you value the option to shift between an upright working position and a more relaxed seated posture.
