Gavhaio Bone Conduction Headphones 25g

Where it shines

Runners, cyclists, and hikers who want audio without covering their ears are the clearest fit for these Gavhaio bone conduction headphones. Their open-ear design lets you keep more awareness of traffic and nearby conversations while listening, which can be useful on a neighborhood run or a bike ride where hearing what’s around you matters. At 25g, they’re designed to stay lightweight, and the flexible neckband avoids placing earbuds inside the ear canal. You’ll appreciate it if you want workout headphones that can also handle calls and everyday listening.

Bluetooth 6.0 supports wireless listening, while the built-in mic is intended for hands-free calls. Dual-device connection is a practical extra if you switch between, say, a phone for calls and another device for audio, the listing says you can connect two devices and switch between them. That may save repeated reconnecting, though it doesn’t tell us how the switching behaves with every device.

Key points

Three EQ modes—Vocal, Bass, and Balanced—let you choose a sound profile for calls, podcasts, or music. The different settings offer some flexibility, but they don’t replace the fit and sound isolation of conventional in-ear headphones. Anti-leak audio is described as helping reduce sound leakage, not eliminating it, so keep volume and listening surroundings in mind when other people are nearby.

Battery life is listed as up to 10 hours per charge, with Type-C charging. That’s a useful target for longer outings or a workday with intermittent listening, but actual playback time can vary with use, no charging time is provided. The IP65 rating is intended for sweat and outdoor conditions, not swimming or underwater use. If you prioritize situational awareness, the open-ear approach makes sense, if you prefer a sealed fit and stronger isolation from surrounding noise, conventional in-ear headphones may suit you better.

Best use cases

Think of a morning run where you want a podcast but still need to hear a crosswalk signal, or a hike where you’d rather not block out nearby conversation. The light neckband and open-ear layout are aimed at that kind of movement, as well as cycling and fitness training. The maker also describes the fit as secure, but there’s no sizing information here, so the fit may not feel the same on every head.

For calls and changing audio, the mic and dual-device connection add flexibility beyond a basic pair of workout headphones. For quiet listening in a noisy gym or a commute where you want outside sounds blocked, the open design is a tradeoff rather than a clear advantage. Better avoided if your main use is swimming, underwater activity, or listening that depends on strong noise isolation. The product description says IP65, that rating should not be treated as permission to submerge the headphones.

Final verdict

These are a focused choice for people who want lightweight, open-ear audio for outdoor exercise and everyday use, with three EQ modes, a call mic, and up to 10 hours of listed playtime. The strongest reason to choose them is keeping your ears uncovered rather than getting a sealed listening experience. Their limits are just as relevant: IP65 does not make them suitable for swimming, and the available details don’t establish charging time or how the fit will work for you. Buy them for awareness-minded runs, rides, and hikes, skip them if isolation or underwater use is a priority.
