FYOUNG NTT159DP Switch 2 Case, Dockable Split Shell, Blue Purple

Protect your Nintendo Switch 2 for everyday play at home or on the go with the FYOUNG NTT159DP case set. Its slim, split design covers the console and Joy-Con controllers while keeping the setup dockable.

Want a single set that adds more than a shell? This bundle also includes a tempered glass screen protector and eight silicone thumb grip caps, so you can add screen and joystick accessories alongside the protective case.

The blue-purple polycarbonate shell has a matte, anti-fingerprint finish. Its dock-friendly design keeps the ports, buttons, vents, and kickstand accessible while the case is on.

Quick overview

The hard shell is designed for Nintendo Switch 2 and can stay on when you dock the console. That makes it a practical choice for moving between handheld play and a docked setup without removing the case each time. The separate-piece design covers the console and controllers, and its slim profile is intended to fit into most carrying cases, travel pouches, or backpacks.

The bundle brings together protection and everyday play accessories: a protective shell, a separate hard case for the Joy-Con controllers, one tempered glass screen protector, and eight silicone thumb grip caps. The screen protector is described as crystal clear, scratch-resistant, and 9H hardness. The soft caps add a textured layer to the thumbsticks and are intended to support joystick control and help reduce thumb fatigue during play.

How to use it

Fit the shell on the Switch 2 and use the console with the case in place, including when docking. The accessible controls, vents, ports, and kickstand let you keep using the console’s main features without removing the cover. The split construction also lets you handle the console and controller covers separately when setting up or packing your system.

Apply the tempered glass protector to the screen and add the silicone caps to the Joy-Con thumbsticks as desired. This gives the set a role beyond guarding the outer surfaces: it also covers the display and adds grip accessories for handheld sessions. Its polycarbonate material and matte finish suit regular use at home, in a backpack, or during travel.

Usage tips

For a commute or trip, the slim case can travel with the console in a compatible carrying case, pouch, or backpack. When you reach your destination, the dockable design means you can move into docked play without first taking off the shell. At home, accessible buttons and the kickstand make it suitable for both handheld use and sessions where the console is set up on its stand.

Compared with choosing a basic shell alone, this set combines the console and controller covers with a screen protector and thumb grip caps. The accessories are useful if you want to outfit the display and sticks at the same time as adding an outer cover. The blue-purple color gives the setup a distinct look, while the split design keeps the controller covers separate from the console shell.

Buying verdict

The FYOUNG NTT159DP is a strong fit for Switch 2 owners looking for a dockable protective shell with a coordinated set of play accessories. Its polycarbonate construction, accessible console features, screen protector, and eight thumb grips make it well suited to everyday handheld use, travel, and switching between portable and docked play.
