FULNIX Egg Night Light with 17 Color Modes

A late-night feeding or diaper change is easier when you can see without switching on the room’s overhead light. The FULNIX egg night light is designed for that kind of nursery use, with tap controls intended for one-handed operation in the dark.

It’s rechargeable and cordless, so you can move it from a bedside table to a changing area or hallway as needed.

For a bedtime routine, the warm setting and dimming control offer a softer alternative to a bright room light. How useful is that flexibility when the room also doubles as a sleep space? It lets you adjust the glow rather than relying on one fixed brightness.

How it fits

The controls are straightforward by design: tap the top to switch among Warm, Natural, and Cool lighting, and long-press to adjust brightness from 1–100%. The light also has 14 RGB colors, including red, for a different look during bedtime or toddler routines. A memory function is described as restoring the last setting, which can save a few steps when you turn it on during overnight care.

Picture a quiet diaper change: you pick up the light, tap it on, and use a low setting to see what you’re doing without filling the nursery with overhead light. Its anti-slip base is intended to keep it steadier on a nightstand or changing table, while the smooth, cool-to-touch surface is designed for everyday handling. The listing doesn’t give dimensions, so it’s difficult to judge whether it will fit a particularly narrow shelf without that measurement.

Pros

The main advantage is the combination of simple controls, adjustable brightness, and multiple light modes in one portable lamp. It’s made from BPA-free PC and ABS, described as toy-grade materials, and the cordless design avoids a cable trailing across a nightstand. Those details may appeal to parents who want one light for nighttime care and later toddler bedtime routines, rather than a lamp with only a single color and brightness.

The stated battery figures vary by setting: a four-hour charge is listed as providing up to 100 hours on low, while brighter modes are rated for 8–22 hours. That range is useful context, but the longest figure applies to low brightness, shoppers who expect to use a brighter setting should keep the shorter stated runtime in mind.

Is it worth it?

Worth considering if you want a portable night light with several color choices and fine brightness adjustment for feeds, diaper changes, or a child’s bedtime routine. Compared with a basic fixed-output night light, this one offers more control over the room’s glow, compared with a dedicated task light, it’s aimed more at gentle ambient lighting than detailed visibility. It may not suit you if you need listed dimensions before choosing a spot, or if you want a lamp whose runtime is specified independently for every brightness setting. The most sensible fit is a household that values easy nighttime handling and plans to use the lower settings often, rather than one shopping primarily for strong, consistent task lighting.
